Thanks for the video. Sorry, I have a novice question. When the person at the desk says I can choose any available car in the class that I've booked, how does that work? Are all the cars open with the keys in the ignition and I just tell the attendant in the parking lot what car I've picked?
I suggest you take a look around and see what’s available in the aisle where the class you booked are located at, then proceed to the counter with plate number.
Great suggestion for sure. I usually take a look at what is available on the lot if I have a specific class booked and if I find something I like I make note of the plate number and go to the counter. You can also check at the counter or ask someone on the lot and they can help you find something.
The car I’ve reserved is Toyota rav4 or similar, is that class compact suv? I’m trying to figure out what other cars are comparable. Thanks for these videos 😊

Which part of the video showed the vehicles under premium suv?
Im assuming it was at 3:12, the vehicles at the back. Am i correct?
I'm not used to seeing Hondas in the rental fleets
I think these are classified as premium sedans and maybe are filling in the gap from the Chrysler 300 no longer being produced.

A Rav4 is an Intermediate SUV. Cars in this class would be the Rogue, Escape, Sportage, Tuscon, etc.
