Oh wow! I am leo rising, I have saturn though on my 1st house. So imagine how it feels like. I love to work at night but when I get out and the sun is rising. I do love to face it and just take it all in, it’s rays since it’s not too hot.and I also love when there is a little breeze and just breath it all in. It’s so relaxing and calming. As a Leo ascendant I have always loved summertime and sun bathing is so so so therapeutic for me also being in sauna is my favorite thing ever. I can be in there much longer Ans stay in the hot sun for much longer than most people. It is a practice I forget but I have come back to intuitively. It made a huge difference once I healed my solar plexus blocks it helped my digestion immensely too. Thank you for the video!
