For his age, his vocal maturity and skill is on point. And the emotion was there as well. Pure class. At least boy George had some sense!
+simon roberts and that's why he is a judge on the voice :-) He does have a lot of experience. Can't wait to see who will be joining team George in the weeks to follow! And I'll bet this young man will get far in this competition.
Why all 4 chairs didn't turn is beyond belief! The other judges must have been sleeping at the wheel. This guy will go to the finals--much to the chagrin of the other judges. Mark my words.

I went to school with Harry and he was always a joy to hear sing through all the years I heard him preform such a great singer. Can't believe only one chair turned

+lohessmile jeffery austin in usa in season 9 started only with one chair and ended in the final, i have faith in this guys just as i had with jeffery, it was worth it. :p

Really? Only the Boy turns? Clearly, Harry is streets ahead of any other male singer in the show so far, in terms of tone and presentation. There was a quite beautiful use of light and shade, with the wee bit of falsetto used in just the right place. He really sold the song in all the right ways and made a connection with me that so many of the contestants so far have failed to achieve. There is a huge gulf between a technically proficient performance and a touching performance, but this had both. The only question is - why didn't everyone turn? With such a show stopping performance, you'd think they would.
I think Boy George was just gifted one of this years' better singers.

Each judge is looking for something different so you can't always expect everyone to turn just because they have a fantastic voice
+periurban I remember reading a comment from someone on last seasons auditions saying that most of the auditions aren't aired in the order they are preformed. This could have been one of the auditions in the home stretch towards the end and thats why only George turned around.
The problem here is with his range. The arrangement (especially the last 8 bars) showed that he can't (or is at least uncomfortable) go for the higher notes - something I've noticed is rather important to judges during the blinds.
I found his tone and technical abilities to be above average as well, but he will fade amidst similar talents more proficient with their head voice / falsetto, unless he is pushed to venture beyond his comfort zone.

Abaas Jama Like the judges always ask each other 'should I go?' , just go ffs, because by the time they press the button it is too late. I am so happy Boy George pressed the button if not another talent would have gone to waste
I think the rest knew george was gonna pull the trigger and didn't wanna steal it. He couldn't shut up the whole time about how good the guy was. They kept watching him to get a feel if he was gonna pull the trigger or not so it looked like an all eyes on george while they were listening. The only one who didn't seem super interested was the guy on the right.
I feel like we just saw an artist on the stage with a distinct personal style and idea of who they are. This audition sort of reminds me of the situation of Jeffery Austin on the Voice US and Harry can be comforted that he made the final, despite only one chair turning. While he was certainly pitchy in points, he has a lot of potential and I think he can go far in the competition.

Out of all the contestants I've heard so far, Harry gave me goosebumps because his tone and presentation of the song was so beautiful. Shocked to only see George turn if I'm honest, think we have a dark horse of the competition right here, hopefully he'll shock and surprise everyone.
Still go back to this video once in a while. One of my favorite auditions from the Voice UK. :)

Harry is the best singer so far in the UK's Voice 2016.... I love his voice and it's a great song..... Boy George could feel it and thankfully pushed his button.... It's so sweet when Harry's brother gets so emotional....
He has the best male voice in the competition. He has good vocals and a great tone.

I love James Bay to bits but 1:28 lifts this song to a whole new level. I can't see many other contemporary singers achieve the same.

Great voice, soulful, effortless! One of the only ones in tune so far! He reminds me a little bit of Ash Morgan and that's a huge compliment! Shocked only George turned! Class.
His brother makes me cry, what a beautiful performance . So far I've invested in Boy George's team the most. His team has singers with the ability to put emotions into the song rather than just singing technique

The fact that Boy George knew lyrics to James Bay song is so wonderful. In my opinion, James is one of the best singers I've heard in a while. So proud! And Harry performed it brilliantly.

Fantastic singer. I remember discovering this guy when I saw a video of him doing a fantastic cover of Vince Kidd's Sick Love a couple of years ago. He clearly has great taste and bundles of talent. #TeamGeorge

Now this was definitely an amazing Voice!! Glad he is on team George. Amazed though no one else turned for him. They do let some good singers go sometimes. In the first round this young man Ryan Willingham. He had one of the most beautiful voices I have heard so far in season 5.
