As an Arab, this was cringe to watch and the primary reason why many of us in the region are fed up with this victim-mentality that is sadly very typical amongst Palestinians in the diaspora. It's okay to call out faults on the Israeli side which does exist, but to think the Palestinian leadership since 1948 bears no responsibility for the state of affairs today is delusional. Looking forward to the normalization deals expanding further after this conflict is over.
When Abraham listened to his wife and went into hagar and had ishmal against which wasn't God's will the problem started ,and God spoke and said he will be a man of war and his hand will be against every man
That is exactly what I thought. They give a quick disclaimer at the beginning, like some kind of a weasel lawyer, and then proceed to defend every action Hamas made and even lie about their actions to make them look better.
"I condemn any targetting of civilians" (notice how they immediately try to deflect the issue back onto their victimhood) but then goes on to both deny any atrocities took place whilst claiming they are entirely justified. The level of ideological gymnastics which they perform as they try to justify their tribalistic violence is really remarkable, and Konstantin does a great job of letting him talk himself into increasingly deplorable positions.
I am a huge fan of yours. As an eyewitness of the October 7th massacre, who personally helped bury hundreds of my sisters this interview was very hard to listen to. The person interviewing you spewed horrible untruths and since this is not an area you are well educated on, you did not push back. I saw the bodies. I have given testimony. Most bodies were NOT burned, every body was horribly brutalized. Every single murder and rape has been investigated. Every body that we helped bury has gone through intense forensic testing. The terrorists filmed their own atrocities. His history is completely off. His claimed of brutality by israelis is fabricated. The population of Palestinians has exploded. Its dangerous to not have enough information and therefore sit through his propaganda, seeming to agree with him because you don't have enough info to push back. I am willing to share my first person eyewitness testimony on your platform. I think you did a fantastic job of arguing for fairness and understanding of war. Thank you. It was brave to have a conversation with such a fool.
I'm an Italian Jew and remember Oct 7th well, there's a few of us where I work (small community but very united, as usual) and we cried all day, we were on the phone with friends and family in Israel trying to understand what was happening, what to make of it. We cried for our Palestinian cousins as well, because we knew the retaliation was going to be brutal and innocents would suffer. My Muslim colleagues, who we normally don't discuss politics with, hugged me and couldn't find the words to express their sadness. But never in a million years would I have thought someone could deny this, especially in the era of digital information. Justify it, yes. Glorify it, why not. But denying it is madness.
Basset isn’t quite as bad as this guy - but more aggressive. He doesn’t constantly try to put words in other peoples mouths and attribute positions they don’t have.

Absolutely… I proudly stand by the only country in the Middle East that doesn’t oppress its women or murder gay/lesbian people. This should be a no brainer.
Correction: in 1948 there were approximately 60000-80000 Palestinians living in the Gaza strip alone. In 2023, there were about 2.1 million. Ramallah, the home town of Saif is located in the West Bank which is a different region where Palestinians live. There they are under the rule of the Palestinian Authority. In Israel there were 156,000 Arabs in 1948. Today there are estimated to be 2.1 million, thankful that they live in a free and democratic country (not perfect, but they wouldn't trade it for any one of Israel's neighbours).
Is that a serious comment,? What about the Zionists who have murdered over 40,000 THATS THOUSAND! Palestinians, 16,000 of whom are CHILDREN! All recorded for the World to witness, thats hate!

This is so representative of every discussion around this topic. The pro Palestine side is soooo disingenuous that it’s beyond cringe to listen to a word they say.
And every time they get intellectually crushed they or hit a logical wall they just say “you mean Israel does that right”? Or as he did .. “you are arguing for Hamas right?…” Pathetic…
It doesn't make you less pro palestinian to acknowledge what Hamas did but the fact they are so focused on defending Hamas and minimize the horrors they did on October 7 tells everything one needs to know about the palestinian narrative.
Yes, he's very trying, and shifts his argument throughout without properly supporting his claims. He doesn't know Konstantin's identity, doesn't care what it is but attributes his position to it. He is incoherent and he isn't truthful. He denies that Israeli women were raped by members of Hamas, despite the huge amount of evidence that they were raped, mutilated and many were then murdered.

Israel has caused far more death and destruction during this war, but I seriously doubt that the Israeli side is more guilty than the Palestinian side of lying, propagandizing or trying to manipulate with emotion. I can understand the motivation behind the lying - we're watching a country and its people get annihilated by a far stronger force that they've royally pissed off - and while that might make lying understandable and even moral, that doesn't mean it's not lying.
@@timting12345 They did, at least in terms of the 'round' of the fighting that we've seen over the last year. I think that a lot of the non-Muslims who think the Palestinian side are 'the goodies' do so because the Palestinians are the weak underdogs, and those people associate being weak with being good. Likewise, a lot of the non-Jewish Israel supporters probably tend to think that might is right. Part of the reason Hamas attacked civilians last year will have been that they are too weak and incompetent to be able to pull off a large attack against Israeli miilitary targets, and the reason why Palestinian losses since then are huge while Israeli ones are small is not because Israel is much more brutal or aggresive, but rather because Israel is much stronger and more competent. So it's not necessarily a differece in terms of one side being more right and moral and the other side being wrong, but maybe just a good example of asymmetrical warfare where the main difference between the sides is strength.

So the massacre of khybar, a jewish settlement, is one of the three most important battles in islam, the two other being the battle of badr, which was a half-successful raid on a caravan going to mecca, and the battle of the trenches, which was a retaliation on muhammed and his band of thugs spreading mischief throughout the land. It was after this battle that the jews was expelled from medina, because they refused to defend muhammed and his gang of murderers, rapists, thieves. "Evil comes in the morning for the warned ones", muhammed proclaims in one of the hadeeths about this massacre. they snuck in, and killed 700 men and boys, and enslaved and raped the women. you also has to understand that islam is a supremacist ideology, and a war/conquest ideology, where striving in the cause of allah (jihad) means to subjugate the world under "god's law" (shariah, which basically are interpretations of the SIN - Standard Islamic Narrative - understanding of the arabic quran, and the sunnah of muhammed - the hadeeths and biographies). muslims never stopped doing jihad, and they still celebrate the conquest of constantinople (istanbul), which was were they grabbed their symbol from - the crescent moon and the star, the symbol of constantinople. The "protests" are jihad with the pen and the tounge, and serves the same purpose as doing jihad with the sword. To expand the influence and power of islam.

In the last few years Israel has killed far more Palestinians that Palestine has killed Israelis. I don't remember ever seeing any pro-Israel sources dispute this, or appear to claim lower numbers. I DO remember many instances where pro-Palestine sources have tried to claim that there have been no murders, or no rapes, committed by the Palestinian side.
Arabs are known for the quality of their lies.
@@timting12345
They did, at least in terms of the 'round' of the fighting that we've seen over the last year.

@@aliah8214 what hamas did on october 7th was copying muhammed's attack on khybar. this is what the muslims chanted in the first "protest"; "khybar! khybar! khybar!".
