He only got 29% of the vote in the last GE.. The problem isn't the voters, it's the broken and corrupt electoral system that's the issue. When 71% of the electorate don't vote for you and you still get a massive majority in Parliament you know you have a problem.

You make a very important point here; the rich will be completely unaffected by the changes that brexit has brought about; and I include here the very people who are responsible for this situation. I will have to become vegetarian and learn more about foraging. Also, I may consider pigeons, rats and rabbits. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'm 75 now, so won't have to suffer for very long.

They are moving the goalposts and washing their hands of the mess that they created.
Of course they want to lower food standards; how else can they begin to import chlorinated chicken, hormone-treated beef etc etc...? Didn't Jacob Rees-Mogg tell you how yummy they are? It'll be fantastic, that's what 17.5M people voted for. Didn't they?

I have entered more Brexit social media debates with Leave voters than most. The most common Brexit response I received, on the topic of hormone produced beef was that I should join them and support my local butcher.

Boris BREXIT’d to save offshore accounts and pave the way for NHS privatisation. The push for ECHR exit is also linked to NHS privatisation as it removes any ability for the UK public to bring a case against the government for denying the public access to healthcare.
