One of the bands of my 'Teenage Kicks' years. They remind me of parties, hiking home, gorgeous women, booze and real sleazy dancing. Whether it was a house party or club ... I had such great times. This band still makes me ooze into their music even after +20 years. The urgency in this song is so brilliantly carved. Atmosphere in abundance. Love it !!!
Such an outstanding group - so lucky to have seen them 3 times live when they toured this album. Not many have touched this level of emotional brilliance and songwriting in the last 30 years.
I worked for Arista when this album came to our promo meeting, I've waited over 25 years to hear it on anything other than the promo cassette! The best band that was betrayed by a record company. Stunningly good, disgracefully sidelined... God, I want to see gem again, like I did in that small pub in Doncaster in '89........jeez.....

I'm seriously jealous - they were absolutely superb. Such a shame they never made it big, they really deserved better.
