    I have a sleigh bed that I’m trying to make looks just like what you just did in this video. But my under wood is like a very very light wood laminate. Should I paint it black. And then put my milk paint color on top so that I get the dark spots with my dark oil wax? I’m worried that the light would laminate will come back out after I send it. And I want it to be dark like your after pictures in this video. I hope this makes sense.

    What is milk paint? Never heard of it before. And what do you mean by chippy?

    • @reclaimedbyramsey7921
      @reclaimedbyramsey7921  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Milk paint is one of the oldest paints around dating back to the days of the pyramids. Its make from the casein in milk. Its dry abs tou mix it with water. Chippy means it flakes off initially leaving a very aged look.

    Shocking and horrifying that you painted that beautiful wood. Now it needs a makeover to remove the paint and restore the wood . WHY just why ?
