Um, how to say this? It's, like you said, a bit bland? I actually was never a big fan of Solitude's interiors, though using different shapes and colors of the stonework, it felt just cold. From the layout and exterior being charming, the interior is just not my thing. 🤔
(Actually if someone would take the Solitude houses and turn them into grand, yet cozy places, that would be awesome)
Now, what I liked is that, just like Hermits Hideout and some other homes, this has sort of a little quest attached to it. Not just sitting in the landscape, which is also fine, but, well, gives you something to do.

Thank you for reviewing my mod :) I don’t make much Skyrim mods more in to fallout mods, I did not think about a cooking pot, I may update it at some point thanks for pointing that out. And you are 100% about where the staff sleeps :)

I always enjoy an extra-dimensional home, especially if it's got a mystical vibe/fantasy element. This is a very nice home, very classy. I love that they used the bards college because I love the building. I also appreciate all the vendors, makes it feel like you are actually part of an order of people. I do think it would be nice if there were just a few random members hanging around not doing anything specific. Just for a more lived in feel. Or they could offer a couple of mini-quests. Also, it'd be nice if the kitchen had a working cooking pot, though I wouldn't consider it a necessity. I'd also like to see a little more outside, like various plants for alchemy or cooking. The magic regeneration thing is a nice touch too. If you're trying to improve your magic capabilities, it'd be good for practicing. Though I'd rather it be outside (don't want to accidentally set the home on fire lol)
I hope you like this mod, I don’t make many Skyrim mods, I normally make fallout 4 mods.
The lack of a functional kitchen is unfortunately a deal-breaker for me... the rest of it looks amazing, though!
He did add another quest for after you acquire the home. If you read the third volume located near one of the bridges in the dimension you'll get a quest to kill a traitor and add some spells to your collection. I don't know what they are but it seems like this last boss is ultra hard based on how much trouble I had with the mystic champion at level 9. It should not be attempted until your at least level 30 with high magic resistance. Unless you want to get one shotted.
Oooh, I like this one! I am a fan of the Solitude style, and this seems really nice. Definitely a contender for me.

For how big the building is, I thought it quite small inside but still cool with it's own world space.

Its a nice home with a cool little quest. Very cool being in a different dimension and I love all the vendors but I am not getting a move in vibe for me.

I started playin skyrim last week and ran across your channel it said xbox modded but half the mods you showed arent on xbox but i play on a xbox one S dont know if that makes a diffrence
Odd. I'm pretty sure that he plays these on Xbox one.
You know what would be cool. What do you think of maybe doing some of these walkthroughs live. That way more people can interact with you through live chat. Especially during playthroughs. Now obviously run your channel the way you want. It is awesone either way. But just something that I wanted to through out there. Great showcase as usual. Thanks for going through the quest

Hey Ryant1um I just ran across a home mod that you might be interested in (it's got two bathtubs)! I don't know if it's for Xbox 1 as I came across a video for it (not in-depth just a quick view type), but I think it's a home worth showcasing. It's called Pinecrest Estate by mod author Cynndal.
I checked this morning, and it is not on XBox. :(

That magika regeneration circle is probably so you can cheat your spell leveling. Like stand there with a ward up to level your skills

Huh, I like this home, so much so, I downloaded it. Cool.
I think the majority of the work was put into the outside. It was a nice touch to have multiple vendors on the inside, but could have been fleshed out a little more with some guards. One thing I haven’t really seen on a player home is someone who actually pre equipped all the mannequins. I think it would be very cool to have a hallway with mannequins on both sides having full sets of gear; the right side being heavy armor, left side being light armor
I tried but I make fallout 4 mods and I normally don’t do Decore to much
