Verification of license, this is one of the requirements needed to complete your nursing portal. The board provides to an applicant to submit for completion and to confirm that the applicant currently hold a license certification. VL is valid for 1 year only.
Requirements needed for Filipino Nurses abroad;
1. PRC I.D
2. Authorization Letter
3. Green Card
4. Passport
5. License Verification form from State
6. Stateboard verification slip
7. Processing fee
8. Photocopy/ Scanned copy of your TOR
9. Courier Fee

Hi Annalie, ask ko lng un authorization letter pwdeng scan lng din? Gagawa ako tpos pirmahan then isend ko un scan sa representative pra iprint ok lng un gnon? Hndi n need pang imail ko s knina un original n authorization letter?
Yes, gagawa ka ng authorization letter sign it then scan mo then send sa representative..ganun ginawa ko. Pero ibang City sa Pinas gusto nila original authorization so ask sa PRC kung pwde scan authorization letter po or original gusto nila.

Hello po, sorry to be honest wla akong idea about endorsing license. You may Contact Texas BON since you have Cali license. It doesn't make sense kasi cuz u have license already. Try to call them, don't send an email. It may take awhile for them to answer but they will give a right answer.

Hello. Yes sa Cebu ginamit ko. Pwde yung representative mo maghingi ng form sa school for sure meron yan sila kahit walk in lng.

One of the requirements po sa TX BON ang Varification of license. State form na I fill Out from PRC Philippines then send sa State.

I'm a registered nurse from Pak, general Nurse 3yr diploma, 1yr paediatric nursing diploma for which level (RN/LPN) I'm eligible to apply for process for Texas BON.
Hi Analie. I need your help. I took my Philippines RN license in 1994. Took my NCLEX in 2002 in Illinois and moved to California. We are moving to Texas. Texas BON requires verification of my Philippines RN license which I obtained 28 years ago and of course it expired when I was no longer living in the Philippines. I have a sister in Cebu also. What do you recommend?

Hi thank you for this video, in my case hindi na ako filipino citizen, been in california since 2009, di na din ako nag renew ng Philippine RN license since di ako magppractice sa pilipinas, so im trying to get license sa oregon state through CGFNS and last na requirement nila is PRC verification, so nag email ako sa PRC pero iba iba sinasabi nila to process, gumawa daw ako ng LERIS account which i did pero useless kasi di rin ako allowed mag continue kasi sabi sa leris im not filipino citizen. And to be able to get PRC verification certificate i need a valid PRC ID which i dont have anymore..anybody here can help me go through the proper way to process this..?thank you!
