If I were to guess, he's probably the various drums/barrels that come from the slot's till at the bottom. Since Croaks was able to morph into the slot machine itself, maybe Ribby transforms into all the barrels/drums that come out (or the frog-based ones anyway).

I have done all s ranks and I have found that 2:10 works for me but idk if it is a bug
