Also during the phase 3 transition no matter how much you shoot the tall frog (Who I'm gonna call dumpster Kermit) the health will remain at 575(?) or whatever the health for the slot machine phase is. TLDR: the phase 3 transitioning hitbox wont have damage dealt to it (like the Hilda Berg moon phase transition)
@ProbablyAsparagus thats true that they have a shared hitbox, but since theres 2 of them, wouldn't that mean roundabout ex gets more hits off before it dissappears? I dont use the roundabout ex very often, so i ask out of curiosity.

I do love Roundabout and Spread for this fight. Do you think that Crackshot might work well as a secondary? The fireflies can really trap me sometimes in the first phase, and sometimes I think a homing weapon would really do the trick for the last phase during the chaos
I think that the Spread is enough to deal with the fireflies since they move somewhat slow and you have more than enough time to just switch to Spread for a couple of seconds, then resume what you're doing. It's just something you gotta be aware of and make sure you deal with, and if a homing weapon will help with that, then go ahead! It makes sense of course, just know that you'll be losing some firepower in the process and that the boss will most likely take longer to beat. For the last phase, you just hold Roundabout anyways, so I don't see a real reason to use a homing weapon. You'll be hitting all your shots unless you're at the back of the stage, but even then just turn around and you'll be hitting anyways!
While I haven't tested it, Converge miiigghtt do the same thing as the Roundabout EX and hit both Ribby and Croaks, but I recommend Roundabout anways for the first phase because it makes the phase easier; and this is a guide to EASILY S Rank a boss, not the fastest or most efficient. That's why I don't even recommend any specific Super or Charm because they aren't as necessary for this boss. Going with something like Coffee could increase your DPS by a lot, but do you really need that much DPS ya know? But Spread has a higher DPS than Converge so for the 2nd phase (which Spread is mainly used for) it makes getting through that phase much faster.
I was using Spread and Chaser, the charm was +1 heart, did my best for about 4 hours and finally defeated them (with all the requirements) to get A- lmao, I need to try again without the charm because my time is 3:10

0:52 it was tested (with healthbar + hitbox) and yes they have 2 hitbox but that tall frog don't take damage only make you get card faster
They have a combined hitbox so while using the roundabout EX you should be able to deal more damage just because it hits both ribby and croaks

Nah. It's really not necessary. Heart Ring would be the preferred charm to use, so I'd recommend sticking with Heart Ring for an EZ S Rank.
