That warehouse looks like it could benefit from sort of inventory management system. Barcode everything, track it in a database with pictures allowing you to look at everything you have in stock, as well as track what's currently "out of storage" and what project it's used for. Dude each couch has a separate end table. And this isn’t meant to be practical since, it’s designed to make the apartment seem larger. The practical part comes in when it gets bought and the owner actually, idk lives in it? People seems to be forgetting that her staging is for the apartment to be sold, then it will get changed and personalized by the owner. This isn’t permanent.
The way she looked sooooo comfortable strolling around, picking furniture and getting everything customized just the way she wanted is honestly admirable. I wish I could be that gifted and able to do my dream job the way she has been
so she got paid 140,000 just for blending furniture and giving some magazine advice, man rich people are so easy to squeeze, if you have a great background
Moving into a new home is stressful, everyone knows that. The planning, organization, grunt work of actually picking, buying, transporting furniture.... it’s easy to think about it but then try doing it. Now imagine having to “move into a new home” ten times a month. All with different style of furniture and decor and art and flowers and accessories to match each specific home to cater to a specific clientele. It’s not as easy as you’re thinking.
Given the high tech staff and artisans she employs she would need to stage at least 3 a month to command the salary worth her expertise. And it's wonderful there are affluent people able to provide those artisans with a means to practice their craft.
I can't believe that the owner of a big house like this, make the daughters share a little room that look more like a housekeeper's room. My housekeeper's daughter have a bigger room that only belong to her.

3 large rooms for adults to relax in. Children's rooms two kids per room. Right.
Kids are temporary, no need to give them so much space.
@@RacingPepe 18 years isn't that temporary
Rupsa Ray do u not kno wut temporary is
Yomiko Readman that’s because people don’t live in their rooms
I think they were rooms for staff, originally.
This is the “motherlode” cheat code on steroids
She’s a wonderful woman. Great sense if style.. and gorgeous hair.
That poor end table, 25 years and not a single buyer 😭
Digby Dooright 50s... ‘case she can’t start staging 15 yo, at least 23-25 which is: 25+25=50
I.e that type of design
i think they're using it but re-designing it again
Made me want that little orphan.
it’s so fun and unique though! i want it so much
11:58 To add Height use a low profile furniture...to look Tiny, wear a WWE Valentino belt !! Lol
Mark Thompson Thank you !! 😁👍🏼
How to earn money in youtube
Reupload the vid
What do you mean by re-upload
😄
Great tips. I like the mirror infront of windows to add more light and make the room seem bigger.
Business insider and it's related channels are most useful TH-cam channels ever💯. Kudos to you all, working for creating highest quality content in available in internet for FREE.👏👏
I love how she just casually says "I'll just get it made..." like no big deal lol.
I'm over here looking at a 14 million dollar house when I can barely afford to live in a $2 Rat Hole. Anyone else?
Mah man
I'm actually living in a not so bad $300 rent each month small apartment, so i got that going for me, which is nice
Oh wow rats on social media now? That’s cool
Well if you get a job a 1,5k a-month home isn’t that hard in sweden...
@Richard Foran Me too bruh
let's see here after 10 years
The bathroom does not match the furniture and the vibe of the house
Was shocked to see that. Thought the video changed for a second lol
Agreed. Looked more Trump-ish.
Yeah if i were to buy id change the bathroom
The apartment was renovated but for some reason the bathroom wasn’t. It was used in the blacklist!!
That's luxury bathroom for you
She OWNED that huge space, like a boss! And wasn't afraid to use large pieces. Go girl!
Why on earth would she be afraid to use large pieces? xD
Wow. She is my fave designer! Would love to see her in action. That warehouse was dreamland. Love her work so much!
Hello, gorgeous...I stumbled upon your profile and noticed the beautiful smile on your face. You're charming lady of which every man that knows the heart of a woman must appreciate and welcome. I feel we should get to know each other. You must understand that I don't mean to be rude in any way nor come here to embarrass you but all I just want is to get to know you, don't know how you feel about this... hope you don't mind let me know what you think, love to get a positive reply from you🙏🙏🙏
“To add light, you add lighting.” Wow thanks for the tip!
Ambient lighting
that staging company owner and painters/craftsman have some awesome jobs.
I just hope all those workers get paid a living wage
Yes i hope so as well. The people doing the hard work to make someone else rich 🙄 my fiance works construction and his boss sometimes doesn't even show up. Meanwhile the workers are suffering in the heat
@Saoirse Justice McKenna So many large companies pay living wages, as it's good publicity and encourages better labour to apply? ALDI pay living wages to all their staff, yet are the most profitable supermarket in the UK
Creative workers do it comfortable pay.
The kind of job that these workers have usually have high salaries.
I hope she is paying them very well obviously you tell she is very wealthy the prices she charging the Rich for an apartment not A house now. U can forget it. Better off being in a mansion if I had that kind of money.
Even though this is a HELL of a lot of work, this really seems like a hella fun job! I already love interior decorating/interior design myself, so this would be an amazing everyday challenge. Kudos to this woman for getting to live, and experience such an amazing career! Great motivation!
She truly has a talent for interior design! It looks so good :D I dream to become a business woman like her
Wait a minute, you have to add lighting to add light? I've always been adding darkness to add light. This is a game-changer.
For me I just bring the night vision potion works well in caves, but man did I mix light with zombies
Well, I'll be damned. Lights?!? Who knew?
Idk if you did’nt catch, but at 0:22 is the infamous windowless maximum security building owned by AT&T.
4:39 I thought her blue arm-bangle looked odd, it's actually a roll of blue tape 😆
*I swear this is my mood when I’m cleaning my room* 👌😫
That warehouse looks like it could benefit from sort of inventory management system. Barcode everything, track it in a database with pictures allowing you to look at everything you have in stock, as well as track what's currently "out of storage" and what project it's used for. Considering that warehouse is probably going to just get bigger in terms of inventory, you'll get to a point where not knowing what you have other than running around the warehouse all day is not very beneficial...
This one doesn't. The others have been using them for over 25 years.
I like her outfit & style. She's articulate. Smart & talented girl!
She's been doing this over 20+ years😮 she looks like she really enjoys her career. #respect
Can we just talk about her Valentino belt? It’s so huge
Oh , is that what it stands for? I'll bet she likes the giant POLO logos on shirts.
if she knows a floor to ceiling cirtains make it higher, then she should know that belt eats her proportions ugh
@@paulaaquino5847 The belt suits her body just fine. Plus, she isn't selling her body, she's selling her work.
Hype ego if you know your self you are great you won’t wear big of logo the thing pretty much own her she don’t own the thing
@@dosereviewschannel2230 I don't know where did you get this idea of relating her style with her ego but its actually a part of her ensemble ,the V is in gold color which matches her accessory and the brown matches her heels . it has nothing to do with ego .
Love these kind of videos
Love Cheryl's work! That place already looks like a dream come true, and she's elevated it even further!
It's amazing how cheap furniture can make a place look expensive when we'll put together
How can you tell the furniture is cheap? I gotta say the art didn’t look that great. It was just large pieces but not special.
Cheap furniture? Pretty sure it costs 0.5 to 1 percent of the retail value of the house, that's 140000 dollars in just furniture.
That's only for rent, if you're planning on keeping the furniture, that's much more
I genuinely thought she was Britney Spears.
That's why I clicked this, I saw Britney.
She gives me Jessica Simpson vibes
LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!!!
Fuller House! She plays riotous D.J. Tanner!
She looks like a fusion between Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson.
this is pinterest on crack and i love it
Seriously, the definition of girl boss. So inspirational to have built this luxury warehouse of furnishings! And creative eye of course.
😲 this woman is so talented.... definitely nothing NY luxury homes and apartments not even London or Dubai you see such great company this woman runs
When you need to actually get up to put down your glass on the coffee table. Looks good in theory, but it's really not practical.
Everything is eye candy, it's not functional at all.
It's not meant to be practical-it's meant to show off _how much money you have._ I would guess you'd mostly live in a few of those rooms, and the rest would be for showing off. =3
I wish I could be that gifted and able to do my dream job the way she has been
Wow, creative mind. And she has her own IKEA to herself, AMAZING!
shoutout to their art team for their dedication omg
Great video showing the reality of what it takes to become a stager at an untouchable level. Good job.
Such a big apartment and the kids are pilled in bedrooms smaller than the master bathroom...
That's pretty standard. Rich people don't want to raise little self entitled emperors.
so she got paid 140,000 just for blending furniture and giving some magazine advice, man rich people are so easy to squeeze, if you have a great background
It's all about getting your name out there and having connections. Their are alot of people that profit from rich people's ignorance lol.
You think its not hard work ? It is easy, then lets do it, where ‘s your own company

Blab - Perhaps the owner has one daughter and one son with an extra bed in each room for sleepovers.
It’s amazing to me that there are people that can afford such expensive places. I am perfectly content in my cozy one bedroom apartment that probably costs the same 💰 in one month than these millionaires’ lunch tab.😉
Indeed.
I'd actually buy that 14 million apartment if I had the money. It's minimal, calming, futuristic and spacious. She's good at what she's been doing. Good for her.
At that price i hope the furniture comes as an addon option!
i dont think so.. she said that one side table has been with her for 25 years... so its just for display/stage.
that'll be a bang for bucks tho..
Staging furniture is essentially rental furniture.
Anyone buying that house would have super expensive custom made furniture.
they said at the end that most of the time the place is sold fully furnished. if not, it gets returned and re-used.
Man, this milk crate I'm sitting in really feels uncomfortable
Her style is soooo nice ❤ houses and her clothes 😁
Yeah but that belt though!
I'm just shook at the price of an APARTMENT in NYC. If I'm spending that kind of money, it better be a house with a pool and a backyard.
Thats why our Ross and TJmaxx are sold out 😂😂😂
