Thanks for this. Never found a guide on the profiler and didn't even know how to open it. By 28 mins in got my project to increase fps by about 30%. Had something updating more than it needed.

Hello, I have a problem opening proyects, it puts something like Unity is already in list. You cannot locate the same version. What can I do?

A huge like. Today 11FPS -> 24FPS thanks to profiling. In my case it was 6 cameras rendering some animations into render textures :D ...I will rather than use some videos instead.
