@@GrantLeeEdwards Resists being covered... Really -- you think so? I guess I know what you mean. Dylan's stuff is easy to cover, in an "average" way, but to cover Dylan like _this_ -- the way Carson & Skylar have done it, NOT EASY.
@@belascialoja4812 Resists being well covered, yes. Judging by the many covers I’ve heard that seem flat, like the artist doesn’t quite appreciate a chosen song’s depth.
Singers and musicians typically add emotion to the song, even when the emotion is written into it. But you folks always have real respect for the song. And real taste. And because of your musicianship, real beauty. I find I consistently prefer your covers to all others. Thank you for them.
Yep. Very few people can cover a Dylan song adequately but you two can do it. Seeing how you tackled it also makes Dylan's original more amazing to me at any rate.
En français cette fois ! meilleurs vœux de France à vous deux et puis de nouveau une superbe chanson qui va me rester dans la tête un bon bout de temps ! live long and prosper à tout les musiciens du monde ! 🖖🖖🎸🎸
All you guys are likely gonna get is praise at a performance level this high. I know the value of constructive advice to ppl always pushing the next level of quality. Carson is comfortable with his vocals. Skylar your voice is awesome. There's no benefit to trying to sound more "Dylan." Nobody can be more Dylan than Dylan himself. Yes, it's a Dylan song. But it's your performance.
Another GEM! You two, and your circle of friends, are true breaths of fresh air in a room full of stale attempts at rhythm and rhyme. Excellent rendition of a song by a master wordsmith!
Oh My Goodness!! Super Fantastic! Delighted my day & then some! Thank you both for sharing your Wonderful talents with all of us; Simply THE BEST!! Love n Blessings to Everyone~
Great performance, really warm sounding acoustic guitar and soulful singing. Song is awesome. What is it about 70s music and songs of that time, a great era 🎶🎸
One of my favorite Dylan songs off the best album of all time IMHO, and you guys did a really great job with it. You kept those guitars ringing just beautiful. 🙌👌🏻🍺🍺
I've been listening to you, Mr. McKee, for a few years now and your voice just gets better. If I were A&R person I would sign you - your voice is seriously good.
You young men are so brillants ! Goes on, and keep your energy and your sweet sensibility. Voices and guitars are jus as they have to be. Thanks for your sharing of these moments.
Very impressive rendition of yet another Bob Dylan song. It's always a pleasure hearing your family harmonies and playing, on any day. Happy New Year to you also. I'll look forward to more song creations from you both in 2023. Thank you for sharing your musical talent and wonderful voices. 🎶🎸🎵
Fantastic! This song couldn't have come at a better time for me, if you know what I mean. You guys are so great. And thank you for systematically indicating the material used... Greetings from Lille, France.
This is one of my fav Bob Dylan songs, haven’t gotten around to learning it but now watching this just made it much easier to add it to my songs. Great cover too!
Beautifully rendered. I'm continually amazed by the depth and flexibility of Dylan's simple-seeming lyrics (though perhaps I could have forgone the ritual citation of Verlaine and Rimbaud). Great, great performance. Skylar's voice seems to have a slightly deeper colour than Carson's but they are a good pairing. Thanks for this. Good start to 2023.
Great way to start out the new year, fellas. You are the real deal and would’ve gotten plenty of air time back in the heydays of AM and FM radio. I know I would’ve been tuned in on a regular basis. Any chance of the Brothers McKee hitting the road together? I’m thinking a lot of venues that would sellout, should it happen. All the best for a great New Year ahead. ~ Mark
Skylar has blossomed into a superb singer just like his bro. It’s working guys.
Dylan, Carson and Skylar. Certainly no chance of disappointment. Wonderfully done ✔
.....and Josh Turner.
Bob Dylan really could throw words together.
I am a lifelong Dylan fan(50+years). I don't usually like Dylan covers. You have changed my mind. You guys are awesome.🥰
Very much agree. Dylan resists being covered, but these guys clearly get it & know how to harness the energy of the originals.

Love seeing the McKee brothers singing together! What a great way to start a Thursday afternoon.
More Dylan wouldn't bother me in the least!

Skylar, your phrasing is wonderful, man. So good to listen to.
What does that McKee family DNA have to produce such unforgettable and amazing pipes. Different voices, both legendary
What a brilliant cover guys, love early Dylan. Hey Carson, your wee brother is as talented as you. 😊
Yes! We need to see him more often!
Coming from a rhythm guitar connoisseur... I'll say what everybody already knows: *This Skylar guy plays that D-18 like a snare drum.*
Well done🙂!
Wonderful cover as always Carson! 😍
One minute I'm looking at a Peterson tuner then I'm watching this....lol Great Job!! Love It!!

This is epic brothers, got that Dylan vibe without overdoing it and adding too much, very nice.
It's always gonna be good when these two get together. I get happy feet when I get a notification from them!

Great job you guys. The line from this song I have never been able to get out of my head is "crickets chirping back and forth in rhyme".

Musical talent runs deep in the McKee family!
Always enjoyable to see you brothers harmonizing, especially a great Dylan song, suited for your voices.
