Make sure whatever persona you use does not Null, Absorb, or Reflect anything. Don't even use -Karn skills. She will kill you.
(Your equipped Persona can have these resistances, but if Elizabeth's attacks are ever drained, Nulled, or reflected, it is game over)
Get a calculator and start subtracting all the damage you do, starting from 20,000. Get her below 13,000 the first time, and she'll begin to instakill you the next turn unless you quickly get her under 10,000
I HIGHLY recommend a persona with the skill "Enduring Soul" and wearing a piece of equipment with "Endure" so you can get a second chance on this part. In fact, I'm pretty sure this is mandatory for this fight.
After that, she'll heal, so Start again at 20,000HP and calculate down.
Get her down below 10,000 again, and this time, prepare yourself for a 9999 Megidolaon. You NEED to have an Enduring Soul or Endure active to survive this part, or it's over.
After she does this, QUICKLY use armageddon. Timing for your special attacks is Key!!

Sorry, haven't nailed down any patterns or Persona other than Telos that are good for this fight

It is okay to have a persona equipped that can Null, Drain and reflect but if Elizabeth's attacks are ever stopped by these during the fight, she'll 9999 Megidolaon you until you die.

Since they only do it once, it’s to give them more health than they are able to. In this case, Elle-P basically has 30,000 HP.
Originally you had to calculate her HP so that this wouldn't happen since the original Elizabeth could cast Diarahan infinite times, to do this you had to equip a ring which had a certain chance of reflecting melee attacks, reaching the point where her health is almost halfway through you should let her hit you until his health is below 9999 and use Armageddon to finish her
@@dragonvessel6510 'Equip a ring'? I know there's accessories that can provide High Counter, but that would necessitate not being able to equip Divine Pillar. For the original Persona 3, it's better to acquire High Counter as a skill on one or more personas.
if it makes you feel any better; back when square was just Squaresoft, SaGa 1's final boss, God/Creator had Cure4 on him and he could do it anytime he wanted.
Also another tip is DON'T bring any Counter/High Counter skills, it counts as repel and she will instantly Megidolaon
It didn't count against you in older releases (and, with some luck, could even be used to bypass her heal).
Are you saying for certain that having a Counter-type passive does count against you in Reload?

@@steam-powereddolphin5449Her 9999 Megidolaon triggers automatically if the rules are broken, and it doesn' take up her two actions. If you nreak the rules, 9999 Megidolaon will be used instantly

@marsh1270 infinity was a fushion spell with Vishnu and Anata that, when casted, made you completely invulnerable to everything, including almighty attacks. This was improtant as Elizabeth would summon Masakado at the end of her cycle of personas to deal a megidolaon that did 9999 damage, basically unsurvivable without infinity

atlus will never reach a conclusion because it'd be a major story beat that they can't milk with a spinoff. and they won't do a persona 3-2 , they prefer new casts with mainline games.

I find it funny that unlike other velvet room boss fights, this one is a solo boss fight, making it WAY harder, but much more interesting.
The "Die For Me" part is new. And you don't die instantly from Masakado. Probably cause it would be difficult to put up a shield every few rounds.
Also because Infinity is not in this game

@@smurphy55656 Lavenza by comparison has RNG shenanigans. Failing to crit every turn during the crit phase, getting critted yourself, Final Guard proccing too early leaving you defenseless vs her Megidolaon, quite a few things can go wrong

I think not having full theurgy when entering the fight might be needed as well. I took off high counter and anything that nulled status effects and she still megidoloaned me. Wasn't until I did all of that and emptied the theurgy gauge that she started the battle normally
fun fact: if you try to do this fight on peaceful mode, the moment she brings out pixie is when you get stuck in a "you hit her once then she casts diarahan then casts megidolaon and you die then revive" cycle that's annoying as fuck

I'm having trouble on this fight, I'm doing it without Orpheus Telos on merciless, and when Elizabeth switches to her second phase she has different dialogue and her turn order changes to using megidolaon pixie every 4th turn
Am I doing something wrong? My strategy otherwise is pretty solid and I'm consistently landing about 1.5k damage on her per cycle but I can't account for the megidolaon pixie since that removes any chance of me getting her down to below 10k HP

It's odd that they don't have Infinity in this game, and many other fusion spells too. Guess they adjusted the fight due to the facts some fusion spells are missing (like Masakado's Megidolaon being nerfed)
I'd be willing to bet it's because there's already so much going in this game & with how big it probably already is, that they just couldn't put all the OG fusion spells in, or they just didn't have enough time to put them in. I imagine making the animations/sounds & all that for each fusion spell was hard enough as it was.
Wait for Ultimate edition in a year or so
To be fair, half of the Fusion Spells were pretty disappointing and forgettable, and could be replaced by ordinary moves
@@NoCturnusBB and all the returning spells other than Cadenza and Armageddon are improved, like Jack Brothers now also dealing almighty damage instead of just knocking down enemies, Best Friends now gives Charge and/or Focus instead of Heat Riser effect, Scarlet Havoc and King & I ignore resistance (which is probably why they don't bring the other physical/elemental fusion spells), and Trickster also deals massive almighty damage instead of just giving random ailments

From what i saw from other's playthtrough, you still can block her insta kill die for me with some equipment. But you can't block her other attacks
Yeah. Blocking ailments is fine, and instakill is an ailment
One think that really doesn't make sense is that why do I have to block to dodge the dark insta kill? Why doesn't let you dodge with ali dance and buffs?

My theurgy attacks would do up to 5000 damage in critical that helped alot but calculating end to use armagedon at the end was hard af
2 questions, what are the ultimate weapons in this game and how do you get them? I just fused lucifer and no option to make Lucifer's Blade at antiques?
Some personas has a heart on the top, that means it need to level up to a certain degree to create their special item. By the way you need the greatest material too
I would kinda aruge that the fight is about equal in difficulty to the original, if not a bit more difficult even with her not spamming her 9999 Megidolan anymore
First, Makoto no longer has 999 HP and SP at level 99. Second, it seems to be they have made it you HAVE to let Elizabeth do a full heal now unlike in the base game. Third, she is now packing severe spells instead of the heavy ma-spells, and also uses debufs and buffs. Also to add is that now that Eiha and Kouga are in the game, you lose 2 turns of no damage to breathe in. And all that and she still has her very strict no null/repel/drain rule. She more that lives up to her FES counterpart I would say
I think the rule is actually more lenient as you can bring the Personas as long as they don’t drain or repel her attack in the fight. Also I think the fight is easier due to the fact that it’s less scripted

I think Elizabeth also does smaller damage now, she used to be able to deal with 100+ damage even with Orpheus Telos equipped
Hey, does anyone know where to farm more Dead Moon's Husks (the base crafting item you need to craft Armor/Boots of Light/Lucifer's Blade, etc?
I feel like they only give you 3 specifically for the MC to use
you can get them on floor 251 from the green chest. drop chance is low though so you can save before opening it and reload until you get it

No. They are revamped as your Theurgy skill list. All you need is to have the required Personas in your Compendium
Elizabeth is a duelist! This can be considered Aster/Edo Phenex's graduation duel at the end of GX akin to Jaden/Judai duel with the Pharoh.
Can you fight her in a fresh playthrough, or only New-Game-Plus?
It can be a fresh playthrough. You have to do all her dates and kill the Reaper
How did you get Debilitate on Helel?
Assuming you dont do anything that triggers her super megidolan, does she use it after a certain amount of turns?
She uses it at a few set times.
The first guaranteed time is when she hits a certain threshold for the first time and if you can't do enough damage to her to reach the next HP threshold then she can use it multiple times in that phase. It's basically an enduring soul/endure check followed by a DPS check. If you can't get her hp to the next threshold quick enough she'll use it again. I believe you get two turns to achieve this.
In this video, they actually bypassed this entire 2nd phase by hitting the next threshold immediately which is the most optimal way to deal with it.
The next guaranteed one is I believe after she fully heals herself and gets to 50% hp/under 50%. This is the "Grand finale" one, it's also an endure/enduring soul check as there's no other way to get around it. Also quick tip; endure and enduring soul proc seperately so having both on a persona is extremely helpful for this fight
Question, can you use Armageddon when she around 19,00 or lower to force out phase 2?
Then use soma to continue the fight.
No, use Armageddon will left you just 1hp, you will die right away because it Eli turn.

this fight seems easier than the original since you kinda had to be lucky too before. waiting for a counter on her second turn to bring her in armageddon range and the damage is way different.
Can you not bring Orpheus with Death skill?
I have my built to withstand final battle not for her. Only 800 yen left in my pocket as I spend it all on diamond before heading out for jan 31 and I've used all my incense; I only equipped +unshakenwill armor mc. Now I have to fuse res only helel, damn. Maybe next playtrough

When any assistant of Igor steps out of his office and decides they want to test you, the shit is undoubtedly beyond 'on'. Elizabeth is definitely my favorite of Igor's assistants. The others are cool too. But her whole story is the most fun, she is effortlessly cool, and her cheerfulness through this whole fight is fantastic. "Enjoy my special service." LMAO!
I have one question. Why then I watch fight with Elizabeth, their are only Makoto and Elizabeth? This boss is harder with party members or what?
The fight is strictly 1 vs 1. Elizabeth’s request for this fight specifically asks you to go alone, and if you try to bring any party members Elizabeth will insta kill you with a 9999 Megidolaon

Is it just me or she got nerfed badly? She not use Megidolaon that instant kill at the end of using debuff skill and her atk so low. I didnt remember battle her she do 5 damage to mc like wth? Its 200+ per atk if i remember it right
Her Megidolaon is altered since you don't have Infinity either. She will start that on 13000 HP checkpoint...
This version allows you to reduce damage more than Vanilla version did. Not to mention you can Heat Riser and Debilitate.

I believe she does have the null/repel/absorb rules like in the OG Persona 3, so I think she very much can still punish you & one hit your face.

I love the fact she uses the cards to summon Personas instead of...well...shooting herself. It'd be funny but it's cool that it's like a "teaser" for Persona 4...reshuffled? Idk lol.
Unrelated question, are exclusive moves transferrable in the game? Orpheus Telos is using Morning Star here and considering the origins, I would think that's exclusive to Helel.

i havent touched the remake yet but as far as i remember, you can fuse lower persona and use tri/cross-fusions persona to make orpheus telos.. For the morning star, you have to fuse down Helel alot so you can pass it to base orpheus ... I playes fes alot before and you have to fuse many times to cycle the skills... there's plenty of guide in google you should check it out..
Orpheus Telos’ gimmick is that it doesn’t have any skills beyond victory cry naturally. In return, it can inherit every skill in the game

Nope, nyx was the greatest threat in the persona title second only to nyarlatothep if u count the first 2 installment.
Even Elizabeth can easily beat Nyx, it still couldn't beat it because nyx represent death itself. Only Makoto who had obtain Universe arcana can truly end it. Yes this is seal with himself
She at least goes out her way to kill erebus every year with thanatos but can't permanently kill him because he is the manifestation of mankind's grief
Every final boss in persona games are comparable when you really think about it
For some reason, even though I don't have any null, ab, ref skills or itens the first attack she uses is hit kill. I back the save and go to another day, but i always get hit kill in the first move and can't even try. i dont know if it's cause i am lvl 89 and dont use orpheus or if its cause i have other personas, but this keeps happening.

Die for Me's animation has changed every game it's in, so no surprise. Doesnt look the same in P5, P5 Strikers, SMTV, P4, and now here, where she's only had cards in P4 and SMTV

you can’t enter the fight with party members, it will ask you to exit monad passage

It's a instant death spell. Die for Me for Alice has high chance of instant death so it would prudent to equip yourself with null death spell

Aight, so maybe you know. But just got to the end of NG+ with all the preparation for the fight done, did the reaper request and nothing. Any idea what I did wrong? Very frustrated over it tbh. Nothing on Google.
Had the same issue. Elizabeth needs to have visited your room in order to unlock the quest alongside beating the reaper.

@@theultimategamer95She's actually the easiest attendant to fight, you don't even need to do a NG+, you just have to do her requests. I was able to fight her on my first playthrough

I tried this at level 92 and she used Pixie with Megidoloan dealing 9999 damaged...
