I'm in Jakarta Indonesia. I think most complain about this X1 Omni is always "SINK IS FULL". The Customer Service said its because the station is dirty. That's not the case for me. My station is always clean, I follow the routine maintenance to clean the station & the Deebot also. The problem is the PUMP doesn't work properly to suck all dirty water after mop is being cleaned.
Will anyone from Ecovacs respond here? Can the map be created for off angle( fan shape , oval etc ) structures?
-Mops needs more contact/pressure to the floor.
-Mops should able to lift 1cm
-Watertank needs little bit more (maybe 50ml more) capacity.
-Battery should be little bit better.
*And there is a perfect ROBOT*

Yes it does very easily
It stops working after 2 months, Not happy with the functionality and Service Support :(. While purchasing they promise at-home service, Now they say it needs 6 days after 3 days of investigation, a total of 9 days. they don't provide alternatives.

Avoid products from frootle india, especially brands like Ecovacs, Kuvings. As they dont care about customers. There is no after sale support.
