Well, Origami has two memories from different timeline, so, the Origami from the new timeline emerged and still remembers Shido. The others will regain their memories when Muku is sealed, but before that, they did have some feelings that they were forgetting something important and feel that they know Shido and can completely trust him, it was "the heart never forgets" kind of thing.

Kotori ask Shidou to check to his school regard of spirit problem so he go there. He see nothing but then under a tree, he see a teenage girl with long hair. She said that this place is where i met a wonderful person, my name is Tohka, its a name that given by the most precious man i know. Isn't it great? Shidou just smile and everything feel like repeating just like "Your Name" movie ending. Spirits backstories. 1) Tohka is the only pure spirit 2) Yoshino name is Himekawa Yoshino who actual age is around 40, she born with sickness and remain in hospital for a long time. She raised by a single mother that very strong and sweet woman, and later she sew a rabbit puppet to keep Yoshino entertained when she alone. 3) Everybody know Kurumi's backstory. 4) Who doesn't know Kotori? 5) Kaguya and Yuzuru real form is a girl name Yamai Kazamachi. She supposed to have twin but the birth is failed so she alone.
