@@klaxocuchulainn2554 yup exactly, we're here to see best girl. also she called shido by his real name at 1:24 . his real name is shinji and she calls him shin as a joke about her not remembering that his name is shidou, but in fact its shidou who doesnt remember that his real name was shinji. its kinda heartbreaking.

she actually has more scenes in light novels some of her lines were given to Kotori in the first 3 eps
apparently she at one point mentions that she hasn't slept in thirty years, downs an entire bottle of sleeping pills and then says they do nothing. When is that? I'm currently rewatching the series subbed and I'm on season 2 atm. Just finished Berserk(er)'s arc.

@@Shadethewolfy Straight up a few moments just after Shido wakes up and before she guides him to meet Kotori. Such a small moment that weighs more than just about anything in the series But probably skipped simply because we don't know the author's vision
@@miteigi8334 My bet is that the studio was a bit iffy on putting a character downing an entire bottle of sleeping pills into the anime adaptation, even with the rating the show already had.
Because people are idiots and the tide pod fiasco proves that.
Basically, point I'm trying to make is that they probably didn't wanna risk someone imitating Reine and downing an entire bottle of sleeping pills.
7:34 - In the light novel, Reine is pissed about Mana's condition. Pity that this wasn't shown in the anime.

Yeah, that's just shows how much Reine, aka Mio's clone, cares for Mana, aka Shido's related sister.
Mana isnt his sister. Her brother died, and was recreated by Mio as a baby. He just looks like her brother.
Mio is his mother, but not Mana's mother.
