i find male cats in general are more selective over human males they trust when their owner is a female. this is just from what i have experienced, as male cats also tend to be more territorial and defensive in what they declare as theirs, female cats have always been (in my case) more willing to trust other humans regardless of gender. each cat has their own personality and experiences so it can be different cat to cat
My little girl cat Pumpkin did not get that memo, lol.
Then it's just my male cat who's a puta and goes with everyone and my lil girl hates the world just like me
My husbands cat used to HATE his ex girlfriend. So when I came around he was nervous with introducing us and she was the sweetest thing. He was shocked on how drastically different she was with two people. They do say animals have a sixth sense on things like that. Heck even my dog who hated everyone outside our family, loved my husband.
My kitty Mittens *hated* my ex-bf, and over the course of a five year relationship she'd barely learned to tolerate him being in the same room as long as she could pretend he wasn't there.
Of course she had the same reaction to the two other cats she lived with in her lifetime, but oddly when I brought a girl over to my place Mittens was all about asking for pets.
My yellow boy is a bit more apprehensive than my girl but only for like 5 min then he'll snuggle with whoever. He's a snuggle bug above all else lmao

My ex-girlfriend’s cat HATED me (especially when I slept over). I didn’t know this was such a common problem.
I have an orange cat too and he is the most mischievous of my four cats, he taught my younger two black ones how to do a bunch of bad stuff. Opening cabinets and closet doors, dragging the water dish around the kitchen, breaking into their food or treats bags lol just naughty but so cute
Is your orange cat the oldest?
Like I don't own a cat or anything, but i have watched a bunch of cat owners' channels and they often talk about how their oldest cat is intelligent and notorious. (Opening doors and cabinets, sneaking around, leading other cats to treats and stuff)

@@Rita_Arya he is the oldest but I haven’t had him as long as I’ve had my Siamese, I rescued him when he was about 4yrs old. But he has definitely taken over as being the leader! Though my two younger males try to fight him for it they have yet to win that battle lol

My oldest cat, Caesar, is fiercely protective of me. If my boyfriend and I are arguing, Caesar will hiss at him, herd him into a corner, and has even bitten him. It doesn't happen often, but it has happened. But what it came down to is that Caesar is so protective of me that if someone threatens me or my "status" as the dominant one in my house, he feels the need to defend me. And if I tell him to stop and that it's okay, he'll immediately stop the aggressive behaviour. There has also been some territory related issues at the beginning, Caesar felt threatened by another male in his space. Once my boyfriend and I moved to a larger apartment, the territory related aggression stopped.

I used to live with my roommate in a two bedroom, and it took about 6 months for Tiny cat to warm up to me, and about 3 more months before Tiny cat decided my lap and computer were almost as good asher catmom's lap and computer. Fast forward a couple of years, to when we moved into a new apartment with a third person. Tiny cat has little to no use for me now, treats me as someone who exists that she can rub up against and then claw, and that's just the way it is. She actually accepts our third roommate now, and does things like sit in his lap if he is sitting next to her catmom. She runs away from me if I enter the room. :( I guess Tiny cat only has enough room in her tiny heart for two people.
My cat is a rescued adult female, and she really doesn't like males. We think she was abused by a male owner, or something like that, cause she gets really restless when she sees and hears a guy in the house :/ it takes her some time to even clam down being in the same room as a man. And, even then, she just sits from afar and never turns her back to them.

Well the point is just to have confidence when you are in the same room with an animal. For example, everytime I go to a house of my new friend they will be like "be careful with my pet, he/she can bite cuz he/she doesn't know you" and I will be like "it's not a problem for me my friend". Then I will met their pet with a welcoming and pretty confident body language and tune. I experienced that in a hard way cuz one time a dog bite me. Not so bad, but It was scary. And instead of be more scared of them, I wanted to learn how to treat them properly. Now I have a bird (Chika) who is pretty much like a moody princess cuz I must put my head on her cage to give her a permission to come outside. And she doesn't like anybody except me cuz I only treat ger like in a way she wants in my home.
my orange haired cat was young when my ex and i were dating, so he got used to him. no i worry with my next partner and he'll act like this to them, and even worse since its not the human hes used to

Lol. I think Orange Cats are just like that personality wise. I’ve noticed it more with then than any of my other male cats. 😆(even the new one we have now is like that. He’s an instigator).

For the first 6 mo of my relationship with my bf, his cat hated me. But after that he came more and more to me evaryday and now after 2 years he loves me very much. I have a funny story abut this :)))). While I was out of town with my family, my bf invited some people over and the first to arrive was a girl. Millwan (the cat) went crazy when he saw her :))))) he hissed at her the hole time, tried to attack her multiple times, and my bf tried to stop him with calm but he ripped his t-shirt and scratched him all over his hands makeing him bleed :))))) he locked him in another room for the rest of the night :)))) I think I have a friend when I'm gone :))))) even tho Mill didtn't like me at first, he never acted like that:)))

Cats are weird and it's hard to know what they're getting that we can't see. Like I had a cat who'd been a stray and was very nervous and for a long time, not affectionate. But whenever my aunt (who doesnt like cats) was over, she'd been in her lap, purring loudly and trying to get pets. Weird when at that point, she wouldn't even sit in our laps.

I live like on the other side of the earth, my opinion matter shit, I am absolutely going to upset so many people but I understand zyler. I have been watching this Chanel for so long but I never liked Ben. Not like it matters but people keeps saying he is like cristin’s daddy and this and that. It’s just a gut feeling I have about him like he is not a nice person. Or simply very calculated and manipulative. Especially in the podcasts when he starts with the fake ass deep voice. Again as I said my opinion is negative and crap and doesn’t matter but sometimes because of some past experience or something I get bad vibes from certain personalities I guess. I am sure he is a nice person and this is all up in my head. But I would not trust company of a person if I get the same vibe from irl. No wonder zyler took so long and then slowly started trusting him. No hate. Just my crappy ass opinion you must not bother yourself with. Love
