First off...Moody Man was NEVER in the Diamond Casino DLC's...get your facts straight. I don't give a damn how "cool" Moody Man is IRL...Rockstar made him an absolute ass in the game...that's all that matters. He agreed to the dialogue so he is just as much to blame.
Well, Moodyman is featured in some Diamond Casino side quests, the ones where Tom Connors calls you because something went wrong or stuff like that.
Not trying to defend MrBoss, as these missions where only added with the Cayo Perico Heist DLC, but Moodyman technically appears in missions associated with the Diamond Casino DLC.

The whole dlc was a huge disappointment to me. I watched the play before I wven started it on TH-cam, to this day, I do not own a tuners car, been in the car meet exactly twice and haven’t even started a contract. The characters took any enjoyment they put in it. Can’t think of a single element of the dlc that I was glad to see
Well that was really nice of him to do that, but I'm still going to cancel every phone call from Moody man and Sesanta.
