9 years ago this was my dream phone and I watched this video almost everyday because I'm really praying and saving my school allowance for it. Now its 2021 and I never had this phone but it led me to a better thing. You just really have to trust and give time some time and accept that some things aren't meant for you but will lead you to what you really deserved.
Till now I was wondering what happened to the designing team of Sony seeing this set in pictures but the moment device tilts and turns, it glows like a magic star. It really is a beautiful design. Simple and amazing. I love it very much.
Im sorry guys but is a LED backlit LCD better than a Super Amoled? Im trying to compare this phone with Samsung Galaxy S2/Note but Im not sure about the meaning of the specs.
Cant wait for the full review. I think this is my new phone. I just need to see a few reviews. As always I would be worried about battery life in an Android Handset.
@alikingnajim the camera is 12mp, and I will have 1080p recording with high res pictures also I will have hd movies on my phone with lots of games and music. lets just say its enough, I wan to exchange the micro sd card between my devices. if you give me the permition of cource?
In this video and others I have seen that the three main navigation buttons at the bottom can be unresponsive needing a few taps. Sony need to sort this out and to be honest seems a bit ridiculous that they haven't tested this properly, this is potentially a superb phone but that bug (as well as no ICS yet) may be a deciding factor as to whether I buy it or not
@thisnamealsotaken I have gs2 also and I'm so amazed by it. the battery problem was misleading by many new smartphone user's. they used to get much from old non smartphone. All smartphone if used like smartphone will suffer battery drain problem. just go to their forum and read. Btw. I PUT MY GS2 IN STUPID MOD AND MANAGED TO GET 3 DAYS. STUPID MOD=phone call only.

I had such a hard on about owning this phone. I counted down the months until my old contract lapsed to own one. Loved it for its looks, that wallpaper and hdmi screen cast (but not its battery life)
What' the guarantee that this phone is gonna be 100% stable...??, I have used 2 of sony's phone i.e. xperia x10i and xperia arc S... both had the auto reboot issues, as one can see on youtube there are so many sony users facing these kind of problems and sony doesn't give a damn... I used to be always busy claiming warranties... for me, NO MORE SONY!! The purpose of this comment is to solely inform the people who do not have much info about these new products of sony.

@ArabicLion hahaha no it won't. i have the samsung galaxy s2 and its horrible. the s3 is not gonna be better than this, yes its gonna have a quad core processor but wtf are u gonna do with a quad core processor when ur battery is gone in 5 hours? thats the reason sony didn't go to 4 cores, because the battery technology has not evolved. on top of that the s3 is gonna be 4.8 inch, thats not a phone but almost a tablet. if i want a tablet I'm gonna buy a tablet.

@LethalAK47 haha I'm used to charge battery twice a day so I never really care about the battery size as long it's not under 1500 mAh. :)
