My man ! Thanks for the great idea , spent almost an hour using the damn pilot remover tools and didn’t work , watched this video early this morning , and 2 minutes later the bearing was out , thanks for sharing this trick

I've tried everything from the special puller tool to bread balls, and grease, I'm trying this right now. It's ingenious. I'm fully confident I'll be driving my truck today or tomorrow.

Good idea for a big transmission. aThe small ones like the Toyotas have a tiny little bearing.

wondering where the end of the bolt is trying to go. through the crankshaft freeze plug. is it going to cause an crankshaft oil leak. do it all over and then some more pressing in the new oil /freeze plug.

Ah ok so you had a nut on the bolt tried this with no nut and the bread , toilet paper , grease tricks didnt work cause mine was way hard
