Thats ASUS BIOS, regardless of the motherboard brand and it's respective BIOS, you should be able to find that Option.
If not, you may have a different issue. Since it's already been 2 months, let us know here so it helps others.

I am trying to optimize my PC as much as possible pull the best performance I can get for playing games and so I do a little bit of tweaking in my bios to get best performance randomly when I save an exit it would just keep booting into bios every time so I was freaking out and came across this video having no hope that it would work, but it did because this is a scary issue when you have no one to help you.

After I followed these steps and my PC just wouldn't show up on my monitors, I decided to take out the CMOS battery on my motherboard to reset the bios. I waited 6 minutes before putting it back in and then booted up my computer which solved the issue of not seeing anything but still i was stuck in the bios. loop. The only way to get out of the loop is to go to advanced, boot, than boot windows. This will get you out of the loop. The issue is that if you restart or shutdown you'll be put back into the loop. Im not sure how to solve the actual issue but my beset guess is its windows. @@CreamyCowboy

when I insert a nvme in my gigabyte bios it resets bios on every boot and boots twice to get in windows, if the bios was already on defaults as well. not sure how to fix this secure boot is disabled and tpm is disabled as well ?
