Actually, copying the rendered HTML from the browser (any, I guess, I use Brave), and pasting it on the email body in Apple Mail of course, get great results. The images render better in Hotmail and Gmail. In GMail perfect. Pasting on the body, NOT in the box of signatures, not using the command “Edit Signatures”. I will see next days if it is really consistent.
Hi Michelle - that was really helpful - thank you, I've created the signature, added the images and created the links - I have noticed though that hovering over asks the user to press ctrl to link to the profile - is there any way of making it an actual button? Thanks again

This is actually an interesting topic. Most of the social media visuals used are icons and not the full logo. It can be tricky, but it is more accepted to use icons only and not the full brand marks. Why does it only work when I send emails though gmail in my computer? When I send emails on my phone though gmail, the signature doesn’t seem to show up
Web-based applications and mobile apps are two different builds so the signature isn't going to necessarily translate. You do have a settings option in the Gmail Mobile App to insert a signature line but it is text only. If you wanted to do a stylized mobile signature and you had an iPhone, you could use the Mail app and install your Gmail account. You have the ability to copy and paste signatures into the Settings app. You have to navigate to "Mail" tab in "Settings" and then scroll to find "Signature" under the "Composing" group.

I really should do a tutorial on this because the things you have to do to get it to work are quite ridiculous. The first thing you would need to do for the Mail app on iPhone is open you email signature Gdoc in a browser (like Chrome or Safari on your phone). It won't work if you are opening the document on the Docs app. Try to tap and select the signature. Hit copy. Then go to your Settings app, locate the signature you want to insert it into and hit should let you hit paste then. When you paste it though you are going to lose the formatting. This is normal. You then have to shake your phone...yes, forcefully shake your phone and a box will pop up that says "Undo Change Attributes" and you click "Undo". Then the signature should appear as you designed it. I see what you mean about the inline images in the Gmail app. It's a hot mess. I don't know that there's a way to fix that, and would suggest not going that direction.
@@Michelle.The.Creator Thank you for helping me! I appreciate it so much. I ended up copying it from an email that I sent to myself and it let me paste it right then and there and it worked perfectly! And I also didn’t have to use the coding to use it on the regular mail app
Make sure you are logged in to Canva so that you can access the template and you should be able to edit there. If you click the download link that was sent to you and you aren’t logged into Canva, it will show up as view only.

Were you by chance using an uncommon web-font? I always recommend trying to stick to web-safe fonts because even if a font works on your machine it might not translate to other devices therefore making your design different. But glad everything else worked!

Does not let me edit the color on your Canva download, says viewing only.
Make sure you are logged in to Canva so that you can access the template and you should be able to edit there. If you click the download link that was sent to you and you aren’t logged into Canva, it will show up as view only.
