In Agile world, is Sprint Demo can be considered as JAD session? -in this meeting Stakeholders and developers are present where developers demonstrate what is being constructed in the sprint (as part of user story) and feedback received. If stakeholder wants additional functionality then feedback is addressed in the following sprint. Is this a JAD session?
I would like to add Program increment -preparation and planning in JAD session. Preparation meeting and planning event are the sessions where business and IT team will work together to come up with user stories (Requirements) where technical team provide their input as well to ensure that PI objectives are covered in both business and technical perspective.
When you trying hard to explain technical problems to business folks or vice-versa get them together, they will try to convince each other. You will be responsible to control the scope of the discussion or take over the tasks and actions items by end of the meetings. Good Luck!

Partially Yes, as long as building an application together. (Instead of taking the feedback on developed application)
