Brilliant product and instructions. Well done dude. My fault was: the old BMS showed the wrong voltage on two of the cells, thus stopping the charging. The real voltage measured with a voltmeter was OK. This new BMS has the voltage sensing on the board, and not on some fragile flexible circuit board next to the battery, so I am sure it will be more robust. You saved my M365, thank you. Buy European!

HI. I have a Copy of 365pro. It actually stopped working. Replaced the dashboard and motherboard and now have error code of no communication with battery. On my scooter the brake light plugged into motherboard where your 3 strand green white and yellow.plugs in. I am confident now that the BMS you used will work for me. I had to watch this video 3 times though. Many thanks.

Hi Denis, I bought a custom internal battery (10x4p) which was delivered to Germany within 4 days which is pretty good. I was able to install it easily. But now I noticed that I can't access the built-in "Happy BMS" with my iPhone 12, nor can I find software to flash it in the App Store. With which app from the AppStore can I access the Happy BMS and do you have a tip how I can flash the firmeware with the iPhone or Windows PC? Thanks in advance

Hi, since you made your own version and yours doesn't have the 2 black bars on the original one do you know what the resistors on those two bars are for. Because I have the original BMS and want to put it on another battery and wanted to know if those resistors on those 2 black bar strips are necessary.
Hi, it looks like the scooter charging plug problem. You see, there is no difference at all if you charge the battery inside or outside: the charging input of the battery just directly connected to the scooter charging port.
@@DenisYurev i know that, when bypassing outside port still not charging. And those two tiny cables going in to battery to BMS so i presume charging section on it is faulty?

Everything is fine, you have to flash a custom firmware to let the controller accept higher voltage. Try ScooterHacking(free, but more complicated) or XiaoDash(a little paid, but easier)
@@DenisYurev I have noticed that several users (me included) have reported 1S battery with BMS V1.2.8 charges battery cells to 4.05V instead of 4.20V, apparently in order to "improve battery longevity". Effectively, that is using just 90-93% of the total battery capacity, with the only certain outcome being a lower range, and with questionable effect on battery longevity. Therefore I am considering replacing the entire board with this one, even at cost of loosing warranty on the scooter.

Hi Denis. I just installed this bms board and have a problem. Cells are Samsung 35E, all charged to 4.13V. I followed your video and steps, checked order of wires twice. No output power from Bms. When I plug it to charger, green led start flashing (and I think problem is solved), but after while it stop flashing again (no matter whether charger is still plugged in or not.) No output power at all for whole time. Any idea?

@@russsayscut437 It may be problem of both main controller and BMS. You need first to connect your battery to 100% known good controller, and check if it continues beepeng. If yes, then you need to replace the BMS, welcome to my ebay shop =)
I fitted this BMS to my battery pack and when I charge it the battery light goes from red to green to red back and forth. Any ideas what might be causing this?
Hi, My app shows 0.9V difference between the cells. Cells 1 to 8 all show 3.9V. Cell9 - 4.15V. Cell 10 - 3.5V. I opened the battery and measured all the groups of cells, they all show 3.9. Where could the problem be? Is it BMS? Thank you!
Yes, this is a BMS problem, but you have a great chance to repair it. Try to unsolder CF1 capacitor at the BMS, and then check the battery again, without the CF1

So did everything off your video with your bsm board.....i plug in the charger and the charger is green light and the BMS flashes green...then after a bit the charger light flash red once and back to green and the BMS stops flashing....the scooter powers on for only a second 😭 ...any ideas 😭

Hi, yes, they are required. They are a part of voltage sensing and balancing subsystem.
