Just got a 2004 v rod B… your channel has been really awesome for finding out what changes to make. Do you have a video on changing out the stock headlight to the one you have on in this video? The stock headlight is like a teardrop shape and no stock fairings will fit onto it.

I didn’t make a video but I can make one showing the parts used if you’d like.

i had a though. i think when you plan to go on a trip . rent a bagger. maybe a batwing for one trip then a road glide for another trip. maybe even a road king for one. after a good decent trip talk to each other how the bike felt to you both. or maybe barrow a friends bagger. i think when the Mrs knows how much better a bagger is she maybe more into you getting a bagger. downside is she may still want you to sell the others lol. if money is the issue there are plenty of clean title wrecked bikes up for auction every day almost. the vids of fixing it up adds more content and can bring in new subs for the channel. you gain more knowledge about fixing them. not much of a downside to me. when you get the Mrs on board the hard part is over lol. good vid

The tough part is it’s me that doesn’t really want a bagger. I want to take maybe 4 trips a year but don’t really want to ride a bagger daily. Maybe if it was like a Sport Glide that can go from mini bagger and back supper easy. Or the new Low Rider S. Even a Dyna Low Rider. The hard part for me is I’m not a fan of the sound of the newer bikes even though I love how the ride.

@@theinfinitryda you dont want a "Dad bike" yet do you lol. well in that case theres the new low rider ST, just wait till one pops up on the auction. if thats what you want. you may get one with less than 1k miles. or whichever bike you want. or you could just rent whatever bike you want for trips. that ride share thing for bikes. it maybe the best thing for you. Good luck either way

V-Rod is a sweet ride. Keep it, you would miss that thrill too much if sold it.

I think the collaboration is a genius thing. And considering Porsche is the premier designer of air cooled engines, a water cooled engine is pretty cool.
