I'd rather look at our boys. Why wouldn't you upload the whole episodes on TH-cam? I'd be switching between the podcasts and videos depending on what I'm doing. I think it would increase your audience, not the other way round.
I don't think the animation adds anything to this. If I'm watching a podcast on TH-cam I want to see the presenters. Otherwise, I might as well just leave it and listen to it on my podcast app or not bother watching. I listen to Elis & John and Pocketcasts usually but would love to actually see them chatting. It adds so much more to the conversation. The animations add nothing (it's also a very naff and sterile animation style). With the new studio and nice cameras I'm not sure why you wouldn't just upload the full eps anyway. Plenty of other creators do it and I think you simply have to these days.
