It is the concluding part of a two-part arc which includes a team-up between Hiroshi Tsukuba (Skyrider) and Keisuke Jin (Kamen Rider X), featuring the return of Ryo Hayami as the latter.
Synopsis:
The unified Skyrider and X-Rider fight to save those captured by Admiral Majin's temple operation before they become sacrifices to his evil god.

Notes:
This episode marks the last physical appearance of Keisuke Jin (Kamen Rider X) in the TV Series. He only appears transformed in the finale, Kamen Rider Super-1: The Movie, the ZX special, Black RX episodes 41-47 and multiple Heisei crossover movies until the 2014 film Heisei Rider vs. Showa Rider: Kamen Rider Taisen feat. Super Sentai. This is the last TV appearance of Ryo Hayami as Keisuke Jin (X-Rider). He would reprise his role 34 years later in the aforementioned film.
