    The Israeli tank commander with the white beard is also in the Yom Kippur war. His tanks just shred the Syrians, especially in the Valley of Tears.

    I'm not very knowledgable about military stuff but I had a Rabbi speak to us in the synagogue. He was fighting Egyptians tanks in the Sinai in the 6 day war. He said the Egyptian tanks completely surrounded and outnumbered the Israeli tanks but when they spotted the Jewish soldiers in Tefillin, the Egyptians got scared and thought it was some sort of new weapon of war and retreated, allowing Israel to carry on. Now i'm not sure if this is true or not but given the war only lasted 6 days and went so smoothly for Israel, I wouldn't be surprised if it was true.

      @@M.8.G.6.I During the six days war, Israel has received practically no support from the US, unlike Egypt which received tens of billions of dollars worth of equipment from the USSR.
      In 1973, the US gave Israel military support, but it pales in comparison to what Egypt received prior and during the war, and now you have to add in Syria to the equation as well, Israel was in a numerical and technological disadvantage.

      @@BenyKarachun that’s your statement not mine! You want to imply that modern wars are won by courage and not technology and training then you can cruise in your own universe!!! Israelis military since it was founded received all their equipments and training from western powers especially the US… the entire world knows these facts and I’ve never said that there is no shame in doing that!!! Each government tries to figure the best ways to support their forces and the Israeli government done exactly that by cooperating with western powers on both military and intelligence levels!! All I’m saying that when you compare western technologies and intelligence to Soviet capabilities then you have no idea what you are talking about!!!! One German Tiger tank during ww2 was capable of destroying 50 Soviet T-34 tanks!! Modern wars don’t rely on soldiers courage or their number it relies on who has the upper hand in terms of technology and intelligence

    • @BenyKarachun
      @BenyKarachun 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@M.8.G.6.I No one said courage.
      Israel had superior training, strategy and tactics and that's why it won. You clearly missed my point.
      As I said, Egyptian (Not to forget their allies) equipment, that it received from the USSR, was equal or superior to Israeli equipment.
      In 1967, Israel hasn't received aid from the US at all, it just purchased weapons from France and got 2nd hand WW2 equipment from Europe, while Egypt and its allies received brand new Soviet equipment, and much more of it than what Israel had.
      Yet it lost.
      Before 1973, Israel has purchased some American jets (A4 Skyhawks and F-4 Phantoms), but that was dwarfed compared to the amount of Arab MiG-21s and Tupelov strategic bombers supplied by the USSR. Arab armies, numerically, had 4-5 times the equipment. Technologically, they were either on par or superior to Israeli equipment.
      During 1973, the US supplied 22,000 tons of equipment in Operation Nickelgrass.
      In parallel, the Soviets supplied the Arabs 15,000 tons of equipment by air, and 63,000 tons of equipment by sea.
      So even after having more equipment to begin with, having received more equipment during the war and on top of that the Soviet equipment being on average more modern, Israel still won.

There are no fake victories because victory is only achievable when they are in it themselves the only time Israel lost a war was when they invaded Lebanon. Wheres your source. So please stop being delusional its ok to be patriotic about your country and thinking that Israel sucks under your terms of history but read deeper into it and you’ll see that Israel is still a clear winner and the only reason why they don’t have the Sinai or any other territories they took is all thanks to the UN. It's not just the stock M48.
