Pot Pie Bites: Mushrooms on a Log

To make these tasty appetizers, I used store-bought ingredients: commercial pie dough, canned chicken, frozen vegetables and potato flakes! (This is a test run for a larger concept I'll be working on with "real" ingredients) but still oh-so-snackalickous! They're a super cute and savory hors d'oeuvre added to your Woodland-themed event table ... just skip the meat for a vegetarian option!
