I have a question: is it bad or not so good for the u10 players if I do the same exercise almost every week, mostly it's passing exercises. Doesn't that make any progress for the players or me, or does it?
Doing the same exercise every week can provide some benefits, but variety is important to support players' development. Focusing only on passing exercises can hinder the development of other skills (dribbling, shooting, defending) and decrease motivation. Using passing drills with different levels of difficulty, along with exercises that develop other skills, helps players progress faster and makes training more engaging.
Nice
AD training très progrès
Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ❤
