T20s will be a dominating format for sure. Test cricket will always be there specially for top nations because they know the importance of it. odis will find it difficult to maintain its relevance.

T20 will dominate because we watch sports for entertainment . I know test cricket is real cricket but if cricket want to grow T20 should promoted .
ODI cricket is the best form of cricket. It tests the patience of the players as in Test cricket as well as the hitting capacity of T20.

Honestly speaking test cricket is boring. I’m a working person who works 5 days a week 9-5, I don’t have time to watch tuktuk 5 day cricket. I want entertainment and quick result which T20 cricket gives me all the time and also excitement.

I feel sorry for other sports that sums it up as an aspiring footballer i have stopped dreaming of being a footballer in India because there are no facilities and the amount of money is peanuts , no incouragement i hope that one day people of india will support other sports

To be honest ODI is the perfect format for keeping interests in sport and simultaneously growth of sport or most importantly, promotion of unique talents Like I don't know who is the next Shane Warne, Murlidharan,Ajmal, I. Tahir, Ashwin, Harbajan, Lyon,Swann etc . Like what about real talents bro which gave this sport a somewhat recognition in a global stage .

This is sad news. Every cricketer is talking about it. Ravi Shastri also said about it. He also said to that future of cricket is just like football model. Every player will be busy in premier leagues and after that every player will prefer playing series like champions trophy. The franchise cricket will rise. Lets see. We personally want to see odi cricket but lets see what ICC decided for the survival of cricket.
I professionally play cricket my opinion is test cricket will dominate because this format is in the phase of revolution in itself T20 and odis will be commercially will give tough fight to test cricket it's not about 5day long game or limit formats give you result in 2-4 hrs in that 5day long game you will get to see change in possibilities of winner in every one Hour I think this will make it interesting and intense it's my view

T20 is the future because it saves time. I go to job and I prefere it because I will have to invest only 3-4 hours. And more and more teams are coming in t20s there are qualifiers going around all over the world.
same thing for me...when I was in college or school even I loved ODIs. But, now it is hard to follow odis.Would love if cricket somehow follows the football model
Tough question to answer. You need to factor in the audience opinion, players opinion, the financial part of it and also what is best for cricket. I don't think there is another sport that is played in three formats internationally. Some questions to ponder on:
1. If Test format should be kept, does it need to be this long? Can we reduce the number of overs or number of days and still keep the benefits of the format?
2. Can we find an format in between the 20 overs and 50 overs which is perhaps better?
Also, there is a new kid on the block, T10, do we ignore it as a humbug?
in coming years india will have 4 to 5 international team 😂 and then what ? they will play against each other because in other countries cricket is dying 🤣😂

Reviving the ODI format is critical given the numerous lopsided games in the first quarter of the tournament. Firstly, having one ball for the entire innings would not just help the spinners but also bring reverse swing back. Secondly, designing sporting wickets and allowing upto 6 fielders outside of the 30-yard circle in the powerplay would help restore parity between bat and ball.
No game should last over 7-8 hours
No matter how much changes you do in odi format it will not revive
ODI world cup champion will always seen as real champion.
There should be Cricket WC qualifier in which Test status nations also should participate

The cricket controlling bodies like ICC, BCCI should bring drastic changes to T20, cricket is not just showing muscle power nd blindly hitting every ball over boundaries.. it's much more than that..like there should be 3-4 overs in an inning where batsmen have to just defend their wickets..based on that scores should be given to teams like if a team defends their wickets without loosing wickets set parameter,they should be given like 10 scores..like this.. it's just an Idea came to me..like this cricket can bring more nd more changes nd become competitive nd thrilling..
