I believe dallas country club is a 250,000 Initiation fee and dues are 4k a month. 2 members must put you up for membership consideration. I could be wrong, but I don't think so
Ok I think when I made this video I had read from article it was an amount but other people have commented saying that it’s not right but could never give me an answer. Thank you for providing some direction on this. I’m sure you could be more right than me. Please also keep in mind this video is from awhile ago so somethings I say maybe outdated (which goes for all my videos)
Gotcha but the point isn’t really to see the homes perfectly and slowed down but to give you a general idea of the area and what the roads look like. Please keep in mind I have cars driving behind me all the time and don’t want to move too slow to keep other people annoyed and they start honking and ruin the video :)
