I can't put Steph ahead of Tiny Archibald because Nate had some crazy seasons statistically and won a chip, and many people might not agree with me, I actually put Kemba over Steph as far as NYC guards go. Kemba catches a lot of flak because he was trash after the knee injury before getting hurt he was a serious problem. He got more all star games than Steph and was lighting the league up before the injury. 50 point games left and right, even had a 60 point. He was cold....but Steph did have a long and consistent career.

We been doin the hanging crossover in PG County since at least 88-89. Facts. Also, Iverson use to play basketball on the campus of Hampton University. He first saw DC/PG County dudes doin the crossover at Hampton University before he even got to Georgetown. These are Facts.

Probably just the first time he asked somebody to show him how to do it. When MD/DC dudes would do the crossover at Hampton University all the dudes from New York and everywhere else would be like "Carry, Carry, Double Dribble!!" cause they had never seen it before. Same way the refs in the league did AI when he brought it to the NBA. Hardaway's crossover aint even the same crossover. It's basically just a speed move. The hanging crossover is totally different. I would bet money Dean Berry learned the crossover in DC when he came to Georgetown. I doubt he would ever admit that though.
