Hi guys! Bruno Mars is now the new face of Donki. I didn't see that one coming. He's a local (Hawai'i) boy, so chances are, he grew up shopping at Don Quijote in Honolulu. Anyway, if you're planning a trip to Japan, use code ADOBORAMENKLOOK for a discount on Klook activities (affiliate). shorturl.at/kBel1
Super fun to watch you find fun things in Mega Donki. I spent a very long time in the Shibuya Mega Donki. I filmed an hour long clip in there (all seven floors haha). I laughed listening to you sing. By the time you leave you know the song so well! This happened in the Yodobashi Camera shop also. Very addictive songs! I think I will take an extra suitcase this time..
Omgosh I memorized all of the Japanese store jingles that I know. hahaha. They're so addicting. Back in the day, 711 Japan had a jingle, too. I will watch your new Tokyo vlogs this weekend. @AJ_UK_LIVE
Been looking for a more recent reco for donki items and checking out prices as well for my trip lol. Thanks for this!! Can I ask how much was the baked cheesecake snack?
Ahh, the Pocky prices literally made me wanna *cry* 😭! I'm so jealous right now😹💖cause I swear, the price difference between my country and Japan for even the simplest stuff is soooo unfair! 😩 I get that figures and mangas are more expensive here, but like, WHY are they charging 20 dollars for something that’s 100 yen?🥲 Like who even thought that was okay lol
I feel you. I used to pay $4 for a box of those Meiji almond chocolates. And almost $5 for a small pack of tofu at the Japanese grocery store in the U.S. 🫠 a friend paid $3 for a drink that you can just get at a vending machine here for cheap. lol
