It is an old structure that has fallen apart. This 3 part series is rebuilding the structure so that it can stay outside year round.
Established in 1990 and relocated to its current home in Reno, Nevada in 2000. The Alpine and Western Pacific Railroad is a sprawling masterpiece of miniature engineering. Stretching across several thousand feet of track, adorned with dozens of tunnels, bridges, and water features, this garden railroad is a true testament to dedication and creativity.
