Hi Sean, it can feel daunting, but I’ve launched a number of businesses and you basically just have to crack on with it. So many times I see people wanting everything to be perfect before they start. The reality is you just need to start talking to people and get on with it. Sometimes we are our own worst nightmare putting blockers up in the way. Rome wasn’t built in a day. One foot in front of the other. Make a plan, understand the final destination, and then begin the journey. If I want to go in holiday, where do I start? Find a destination? Wondering how I’m going to get from the airport is the last of my worries until I get there, not something that stops me in my tracks from booking. I will explain and show how we can take one step at a time, how to think about the costs, but more importantly how to do the deals to keep your expenses low. Then how to understand how to make a profit. It there’s no profit, there’s no business and no point. Classroom learning up next, study, prep, launch! 5 P’s. Planning prevents p*ss poor performance!
