I love that her focus is the musicality, creativity, clarity, precision, structure and appropriateness of her runs more than speed (she often will use a variety of speeds in one line/riff).
Her falsetto is definitely her domain. Its sounds very angelic and ethereal. The only issue I have with Kyla is that her upper belts sound so strained. (tho sometimes i like it as a stylistic choice 4:31).

She is equal to Jojo but TK is a lot better than her in my opinion. Kyla does a lot of similar runs but Tori is very musical and her runs are really unique
Tori plays the guitars and produces beats, hence she's able to replicate it in her runs... Kyla's younger years was spent listening to the records and music of fitzgerald, aretha, mariah, india which influenced her runs. Nowadays she easily pulls out from these like a bag of tricks...
