It depends on your experience but salaries are way better,accomodation is free for every employee of Ministry of health cz every Health facility be it a clinic or hospital got staff accommodation within their boundaries,basically a 2 bedroomed complete house with bathroom,kitchen livingroom and medium cost house for a doctors,expatriates are paid expatriate allowance,scarce skills allowance for Doctors is 35% of your basic salary,health insurance,low income tax,we got the lowest tax rates in Africa.

Unemployment is high around the world.
And bugs are everywhere.
And things are even harder in bigger developed countries... And you are right a lot of misconceptions exist about staying outside ones country.
