This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Adventure Homes. The model for this home is the “6763L.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,178 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

One thing i wish the designers would offer or promote if they do is wider doors, halls etc to accommodate our loved ones with special needs/handicaps.

Exactly. No home should be without those common sense essentials. It should be illegal. It's 2024!
I was in a wheelchair all of last summer. Doors definitely need to be wider.
@HerMajesty1 We can need a walker or a wheelchair at any time in our lives. If you have visitors that have disabilities, how do they make it into the house or use the toilet?
And a walk in shower instead of a tub.😊
I went from a 2,800sqf "dream house" to a single wide in the country.. not enough can be said about living debt free 🙌🏻

Still a house trailer. Will never increase in value. That should be enough to discourage anyone. But there are plenty more negatives. They are cheaply built and the maintenance is never ending.

Anyone else feel that the back door next to the kids rooms are just asking for trouble once they reach their teens 😂
First thing I thought of. Could someone get to my kids. Secure locks that the littles can’t open I guess. 😁

@@user-cz5bx5pq5v FAST EASY to clean not too big of a house😂… and you could buy a piece of land way way back into the country woods and live there and you could have a big piece of land because nobody else would be there😂.. and build shelves in the closet. Just fold your clothes up don’t hang them up just fold them up and you won’t even need the whole closet.

Chance always makes our days brighter. Those tiny bedrooms do not. 😂
If you don't have any people living with you. You can make one of the bedrooms a walk in pantry and to store all your cleaning supplies and toiletries in that bedroom. It would be like having a small store in your house.
I do not stay in the bedroom. I just sleep there. They make me smile

Manufactured houses are hot boxes in the summer.Cold in the winter.They do put cheap trim,doors,glued on tiles and countertops.
For a single wide this is the cream of the crop!! It is gorgeously laid out! Remember with single wides it is going to be smaller in the rooms. If you want bigger and wider then you go for double wides or modulars! Ty for sharing ❤

Chance?? This home that you just showed is one of my favorites!! Love the red coloring on the exterior!! From The Living Room to The Family Room are well made!! The Kitchen and The Laundry Rooms are great!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are very artistic!! I'm so glad that you showed us this quality looking home!!❤❤❤
I love the exterior. I truly love the rural red barn look. 😍 Adorable!!! Its decor seems very eclectic. Totally psyched for the buyer with the pantry and fancy bathrooms in this single wide. Completely not what I expected but it works! 👏👏👏

Inside reminds me of an RV. Dark cabinets, yellowish walls. Need light and bright, but it’s cute.

Just love these homes. Lived in a couple mobile homes in the late 70s, early 80s. Easy to keep clean 🤭🤭. 💕

I Luv this floorplan!! I would change all colors to White cabinets, countertops , walls and trim. I’d like it in a 18’W with 9’ ceilings. This is a great floorplan!!!

This was a nice home....i see some single wides can have very small kitchens, but this one was pretty nice! I liked the layout overall. I was happy to see another closet in the main bathroom! I was a bit worried when i saw the one that was actually in the bedroom. So small! Lol. As usual for me, i would choose different colors, but i really liked the house... The dining area was cozy... I would put those bedrooms to use for other things since we're a retired couple, no kids. They would make great storage areas, office etc.
Ps.... We're in Canada, but we just bought a modular! We bought 2 acres of land right by the Montana border and wanted to really downsize, and found the perfect home. It's beautiful.. I'm not sure that we would have considered this option if it wasn't for watching these videos so thanks Chance!
My grandparents and aunt on my mother's side had a single wide mobile home in the 1970s and 80s. They were nothing like this home. Mobile homes have changed dramatically. I'm very impressed and would definitely consider a mobile home like this one to live in as a senior

Hi Chance ...Beautiful single wide and I don't like single wide....love the color outside I love it....the living room is very nice....love it.. extra shower head for each bathroom....definitely a deck in the back...square table for dining room, and i was glad to see a door on the laundry room...Be Safe Be Blessed
I love the floor plan for this singlewide home, I even like the e exterior color. I did need it a little brighter with the interior colors.

3rd bedroom could be a office or an office. The dining area??? It would have to grow on me but it is ok. What is it about these homes and the farm theme? Can't they get creative. I get tired of the farm theme.

My favorite color red.I love this home.
I wish that the modular home engineers/designers would come up with a few designs for handicapped folks or just people that would like a more user friendly home. Wider doors, hallways, closets with rods that are accessible from a wheelchair and easy to reach cabinets. Maybe a ramp design tied in. Or half of the home designed for wheelchair accessibility. But I do love what is happening in this industry. Much improvement from forty years ago!
Modular homes do have different floor plans. This is not a modular home. This is a trailer.

I love it only thing I would change is to go with white cabinets for more of a farm house feel and upgrade second bathroom with matching tile and glass shower door to match the master just smaller version but that’s just personal preference otherwise it’s perfect 👍 love it

Beautiful outside color! Very unique! Like the layout. Seems like the builders were able to squeeze a lot of great options in this Singlewide.

It needs a Southern Louisiana's lady's touch on interior colors. The exterior is beautiful. I like the exterior outlets.
Darkness and the fabric above the windows wouldn't be in my house.
Those areas above and below the windows can have useful storage. Barn doors are nearly done with. I would go with Murphy Beds. They have a big variety to select from. Makes a lovely room for space and attractiveness.
My city code will not let any home like that in our neighborhood. We aren't shopping for one but am hopeful. Thank you, Chance. One of our deceased baby boys was middle named, Chance.

Give a better overview of each bedroom closet! You do the video too fast! Not good for us who want to know the closet space!!!
I watch them on 1.25 speed he goes to slow.
Same here closet space is very important.
You can slow down the video playback speed or speed it up. The gear shaped icon allows you to do this. 💕🙏💕🙏

Oh wow mobile Homes are so much better then when I lived in one 50 years ago lol .. live in a house now but those are beautiful now ❤we lived on 300 acres my neighbour lived in one down the road in a trailer park it caught on fire burned to the ground in 10 minutes flat fire fighters couldn’t save it went so quick ..
