I finally made the move down here. I don't have a boat (yet). I need to find a good spot to drop a line. I love your videos. Tackle shop said fishing not good right now but your video inspires me to get out and wet my braid.
Another great video!--interesting to see the amount of sea urchins not attached to bridge pilings; just laying on the bottom. I have a better understanding of why you trim and smash to give off scent. What's your take on scraping the barnacles from the pilings to attract more fish?
People really can't appreciate how hard it is to get a sheep to eat on camera. I spent an entire summer trying to make one comprehensive video. Would up having my hard drive fail and lost about 100 hours of video and just gave up.
Good question, dead crabs go bad very quickly and stink. I had these crabs for about a week and they were so cold (28 degrees that morning) and lethargic that it was hard to tell if they were alive or dead. As the day warmed, these ones were obviously dead and had been dead for who knows how long. The frozen crabs were frozen while still alive and so they did not get "stinky" and smelled good!
How do you like to cook your black drum? I’d love to see you do another yellow perch video. When do you think the best time of the year to catch yellow perch is?
I really liked the underwater footage!
Watching the sheep head feed was different. Thanks for sharing. Tight lines🤙🏾
I’m just a little off kilter , we’re going fishing 🤙🏻 , almost impossible for me to fish a bridge and not sing this in my head . Love the content
So awesome to see them munching underwater! You make some great videos!
Great video always.. man you be taking home monster

This is a really good video 📸. Good Job 👍
Another great video. Keep them coming
There's nothing but great underwater video! Interesting how even smaller Sheepshead can get that big urchin in it's mouth.
Awesome footage!!! I'm amazed how many sheep are around here in January
That was a great video. Keep posting them.
That's a cool video, Glad u did this one
Sick footage brotha 👊👊
It’s crazy how aggressive those sheepshead are to one another when they’re feeding
love your chanel

I do not scrape barnacles but if that is your thing then go for it. If you fish good bait you will attract and catch fish.
UW footage was cool
Great video man always makes my day seeing a new video 💪🏽. Is it hard to get boild sand fleas out there? i tried them for sheep’s work pretty good.
I didn't catch any sand fleas this year, I am kicking myself right now. They work really well this time of year.
Any ideas on that big fish on the right at 10:19?
Gray Trout, there were some big ones hanging around most of the day.

I'm getting it dialed in now, been a long road to be sure.
Just a question..... So you throw away a bunch of freshly dead crabs but then resort to using frozen dead crab?? What's the reasoning for that?

@offkilterfishing makes sense! Thank you!

Cook Black Drum similar to Red Drum and Sheepshead, they are good any number of ways and freeze well also. January is the best month for perch.
Thanks.
What lb braid and leader size are you using?
