I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL IN A SMALL TOWN IN MINDANAO WHEN I LEARNED TO PLAY THIS PIECE. I LOVED IT, MY MOM LOVED LISTENING TO ME PLAY IT. WOULD YOU BELIEVE I HAD IT PLAYED DURING MY WEDDING?
I call this the 'thumbs' melody, because the melody is played by the thumbs. And you need big hands (certainly the left one). Anyway, i don't know what I like most: the Rubinstein's impressionist melody or Rubinstein's impressive head.
Burt Bacharach c'est inspiré de : Melody in F de Anton Rubinstein pour composer : Once In A Blue Moon pour Nat King Cole, et ça ressemble très étrangement à : We'll Meet Again de Vera Lynn
Russians call me German, Germans call me Russian, Jews call me a Christian, Christians a Jew. Pianists call me a composer, composers call me a pianist. The classicists think me a futurist, and the futurists call me a reactionary. My conclusion is that I am neither fish nor fowl-a pitiful individual.Anton Rubinstein, Gedankenkorb

A bit too florid initially, I agree with the previous reviewer if s/he was adducing the excessive roundness of the tone. Impeccable notwithstanding
,
and i feel just a bit to slow
In a paeon to Springtime, "florid" and "round" are virtues.

Why is an oil painting of Marco Pierre White the background?
who is marco pierre?
@@helenavondrakenstein4969 A well known British chef - Google him and you'll see he looks just like Rubinstein.

Good ol’ 14A!
A melodia “I’ll meet again”, de 1944, é um plágio desse clássico, sobretudo na parte inicial..
Some rumour said Anton Rubinstein may be the illegitimate son of Ludwig Van Beethoven because of the resemblance in facial feature.

I MADE A MISTAKE. IT WASN'T SAEED DAOF PLAYING THE PIECE. IT WAS ME, DOMINI M. T.
The piano has a lovely bell tone. It's a little too drawn out though.
