Very nice analysis overall, but i don't believe Chrollo hates Kurapika as you state. Uvogin might have died at the hands of the "chain user", but while Chrollo mourned a lost friend, he likely understood that what happened was ultimately also on Uvogin, as the way the spider operates predisposes it's members to each complete the objective the head commands, but in their own way. In this case the order was to steal everything from the auction and to kill anyone who gets in their way. Furthermore after the troupe started suspecting of Uvo's death, Chrollo's order was to bring back the chain user, not specifying the way (Unspoken rule) although Machi points out that Chrollo might have wanted the chain user to join them. This already sets a precedent for Chrollo being more curious as to his motives and potential benefits to the spider than hate or revenge. The relationship between Chrollo and Hisoka vs Chrollo and Kurapika is ultimately different, as through Pakunoda, the chain user and the troupe reached a metaphorical middleground, where both sides could surmiss that the other side ultimately wanted to protect their friends/members if possible, as well that the fight picked by the chain user against them was ultimately dropped in favor of the preservation of his friends, as the potential collateral damage was too high. At this point in the story, the troupe has no reason to pick a fight with Kurapika for any personal reason, as Kurapika is not looking to pick a fight with the troupe anymore, instead prioritizing recovering his clan's eyes. While on the troupe's side, they managed to exorcize the chain user's curse, but realized they are ill equipped to go against him, but more importantly, they have no reason to. (The only dissenting party here would feasibly be Nobunaga.) If there is no gauntlet the troupe won't pick it. Lastly, part of the rules under which they operate also state that a way to join the troupe, is through the murder of one of it's members, with such a rule in place, you could argue that there is already a base level understanding unto the topic of the death of one of the members more akin to a transaction than something personal. As much as the troupe may grieve their dwindling members, this is the reality they've chosen and the rules under which they operate.

Also let's not forget that the troupe literally works on the basis that to join you have to kill a previous member, which obviously wouldn't work if Chrollo held some deep grudge against people.
