Hello friends, I hope you all are having a good and happy season so far! 🎄The only thing I can remember right now that I forgot to mention in this video is that, if you don't like the cordless idea because you are always on a time limit, you could get the crosswave in a plug-in version if you want unlimited cleaning time.
I am going to be trying the Bissel Crosswave. The tineco ifloor3 I owned broke down after exactly 2.5 years--6 months outside the warranty window. Their customer service told me that there are no repair centers or service parts available and that it was no longer covered and would have to be thrown in a landfill, as they have no recycling program either. The most they would do was offer me 20% off the full price of the 3 or 5 versions, or 10% off a version 7. I suspect they have planned obsolescence for their products and will not be purchasing from them again.
I am here as my Tineco s5 had its water pump fail 2.5 years into its life, haha. I will try to disassemble and diagnose the pump, but man $700 for 2.5 years is a tough pill to swallow
Excellent video, you did a great job comparing these machines. I prefer the Bissell, I personally like to control the amount of water flow.

Unfortunately the battery for the crosswave doesn't hold power when it's over a year old.

Tineco has a new steam cordless mop. But its so expensive…. You should try it.
