That's a mammoth bar you're thinking of. An elephant bar is freaking massive and much harder than a regular barbell. Even gripping the thing is super hard and it's very stiff

This is such silly thought process, why Ronnie Coleman? its just is so specific and clearly never happened again since him. Ronnie Coleman had 12 back surgeries (multiple being botched) and didn't listen to doctors and this happened well past his 40s.

Ronnie was dumb. He was blessed with great genes but a small brain. He didn't lift smart or listen to his body. Thor actually trains smart other than the pec tear mishap.
