I have the 2020 version with Ryzen 5 3000 series. The major difference is definitely the screen, 16:10 and 300 nits, up from the previous 250, and I love that they finally move the camera position, having it on the keyboard on their previous version was hell for online classes for me 🥲

@adriankyleabaja9271 I ordered a new battery as mine lost about 50% of power since 2020. That should give me some more time. This computer is fine I like it, no need for a replacement.

Can you please review the Matebook d14 2024 with the 13th gen i5 as I'm planning to buy 1 this year, I'm gonna use it mainly for work (content creation) like editing heavy resolution images and 4k video editing and maybe some light graphic designing.
Better Use Cinebench instead of those crappy benchmark softwares and Ingame FPS even this is not a gaming laptop. For battery life better to do actual Video Playback time using 1080p video to see actual Battery life that can only last maybe 3 to 4 hours.
What about the fan noise in regular use and does the fan run during scrolling through the TH-cam startpage? (most Laptop fans are starting to make some noise when scrolling down the TH-cam video preview site) - Thanks!
I think it's more than capable for programming job however macbooks are better for programming, but if you want something windows based(and potentially linux) this laptop will be a good choice.

I got mine today.. its strong, Very strong.. metal body.. but not rugged. I was using an earlier model at work (CCTV Technician). So ya I'd take it up on the sky jack and be up in roofs with it.. but I'd always keep it in the bag until I needed it. Very good laptop all on all. Hope this helps

How long is the charging time?? I just got mine, D14 2023 and it takes longer than my D15 2021
1.5 hours based on experience. Fast charging nmn kasi. Then battery life usually take 4-6 hrs of straight use.

nope kung lumion gagamitin mo, get atleast rtx 3060 with core i5 H series and atleast 16GB (Recommended RTX3070, RTX 4060, Core i7 H and 32GB.
Parang more on office work and typical student works ang kaya nito so baka want mong magconsider ng higher specs na device.
Alam ko pwede lalo kung din naman kataas yung system requirement ng sofftware nagagamitin mo.
