Clarifying Step Value (3:20): Combos that exceed the step value range or are in the higher ranges makes those combos/cards more favored opposed to cards that only have combos in the lower ranges. This will particularly affect Onyx Cards which will often have combos beyond all of the steps, making them unaffected by the averaging. Because these higher tier combos are added in each step, the differences in scores between each step will be smaller and the averaged score will be higher.
If you don't understand step value enough, set it to 0 so only the Lowest Combo Worth Counting does anything.

For me the suggestions never change they always stay at 0, but i'm using only starting cards almost is it why? I just started i'm level 8

Since you're level 8 i'll guess that your combos are probably too low for the excel to count them. Try lowering the Lowest Combo worth Counting in Advanced Controls to 10 or something like that. Hopes this helps.
