Fork Fire Burns in Angeles Forest

A brush fire erupted in the Angeles National Forest above Glendora on Friday and rapidly grew to more than 330 acres by Saturday, sending up a large plume of smoke and spreading rapidly near popular camping and hiking areas, prompting evacuations of trails and other spots.
