It is a good buff, considering it provides additional defense to her. But Cilias as a 4th unit can be a wasted one depending on where you use her. Assuming you have her on a fast build, in RTA people will just wait until she rotates fast enough to get out of stealth and hit her instead of Aria. In Arena or GvG, you can still manage to use her if you can still use Aria as a bait, either by being against Earth units or by her being the one with less HP, dark units will eventually attack Cilias. So just be careful when to draft her with Cilias.
That's a really nice approach! Lol But yeah, sadly the HP and ER are a little bit in the low side. With that build, you would most likely need to use Bastion of Hope and avoid units like Senya on her artifact or ML Choux, since could be risky with the fixed dmg they do. You maybe can aim for lowering the SPD just a little bit, to allocate those stats into HP and ER whenever possible

I got basically same everything except I'm running destruction sets and 350 cdmg with 70% cc cuz passive 30% cc and jus 132 speed
